We stayed here for 4 nights having never been to the Highlands before. We thought the views were lovely and the house is set in a quiet, tranquil location. We've had a fantastic time exploring the local area from here. The staff have been very helpful and friendly at all times. Excellent breakfast each day too!

Luke warm reception followed by a lukewarm bath. Hot water also ran out in the morning during my shower. Shower head drooped so that you have to hold it yourself. Only internet available on cable if you are prepared to sit at the reception desk downstairs. TV reception terrible, significantly worse than nearby competitors. It gets light very early in the Scottish summer. The curtains block about 5% of that light, so you do wake early, like it or not.
Great view from room. Beautiful part of the world. Good parking. Great home made bread. Generally speaking, this could be a great stay , but the basics are not being provided, hence very disappointing overall.

This hotel has a fantastic view, but needs to overhaul its rooms and its service. Our room looked like one from a science fiction film, all black and chrome. Food very basic. No WiFi, which is a must nowadays for travellers.

I stayed at this hotel with another 2 adults and 2 children and loved it, the views from the hotel are stunning and it's so peaceful, at the bottom of the hill at the hotel their is a stunning loch. Food was excellent and rooms spotless, the restaurant/bar has many kids games and they can also watch a DVD while we sat in front of the cosy fire, kids loved it, short drive to Drumnadrochit which has the Nessie centre, 'you need to see it to believe it' excellent holiday and will def be returning soon

This hotel is missing a great opportunity. It has a great location with some lovely views but it feels very unloved. The staff/owners give the impression that they'd prefer their guests not to be there - if they continue like this, they will get their wish! Fresh coffee, wifi and a working tv were all a bit too much effort. If you are a fan of Fawlty Towers you could try this hotel, otherwise you should avoid.
