Can't fault it really. Owners were nearby but only saw them when we arrived and left. They didn't hassle you at all.
We were left to our own devices for the whole stay and felt very relaxed and at home. The place is set up really well to manage your dogs and to indulge in outdoor activities. We'd happily go there again and strongly recommend it. Beautiful location and a clean, well-equipped cottage.
We arrived to find the cottage spotlessly clean and ready for use. Our host was available and unobtrusive. The cottage is a converted barn, with all the equipment, furniture and fittings you would need for two weeks in Wales. The mezzanine floor provided a great 'den' for our teenage daughter and our son was able to spread out in the ample second bedroom. My hubby and I settled in to our warm and cosy room. The open plan kitchen/diner and living room created a great family space, even with the dog stretched out on the rug at the end of every day. The cottage is brilliantly located for trips to the beach and walks in the beautiful Pembrokeshire countryside. Each afternoon we would sit on the patio drinking tea, eating cake and just enjoying the peace and quiet in the warm sunshine! Our hosts were full of ideas for things to do and places to eat. There is also a garden for the children to play in and wi-fi for the teenagers needing to keep in touch with their friends! We will be back and I shall be recommending this beautiful cottage to all our friends, especially those with dogs as it is so nice to be able to take the dog away on holiday and feel so welcome.
