Good clean hotel 15 mins walk from the Sochi F1 circuit. There are couple of supermarkets just around the corner with some local grill places. The grill places were a nice find. The owner called us in and boy were we glad as the restaurant aren't that great around here.

The Tulip Inn is a relatively modern hotel with plenty of amenities. The rooms are spacious enough with many offering pleasant views over the nearby mountains and Olympic Park. The gym is good and food and drinks are well stocked in the bar area. The breakfast is a bit awkward with many dishes not quite meeting the standard you would expect from a hotel offering 3 stars. The location is ok for the Olympic Park but anywhere else is a short walk or taxi. The staff are very friendly and helpful in particular the girls on reception provided excellent information on local tourist attractions going so far as to print us maps when we got there, very helpful.

Room Tip: The higher floors are quieter and have better views

I was very pleased with the facilities in this hotel very clean and new I would recommend anyone staying here as the staff are very friendly but it's far from Sochi city centre so if you are expecting to be close then think again

Well, This Hotel is located near the Olympic Complex, which you can easily access to the entrance gates and visit the site.
also you can visit the museum in the Olympic area in the working hours.
Rooms are very clean.
Foods are as delicious as possible.
you can rent a bicycle from Hotel, and ride to the sea side. it takes about 10 to 15 minutes from hotel to the shore by bicycle.

Room Tip: try it and you won't be disappointed.

The hotel room is ok, spacious and with all you need (but not a kettle for a coffee). The gym is not big but it has everything you might need, no pool.
The bar of the hotel is very cheap but when I was there (for the F1 GP) they did not do a goo job in serving beers quickly enough and it took up to 30mins to have a order a beer (they could half the time by simply installing another draft point). However, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast is not great (but it offers a good variety of cold/hot/salty/sweet food)
The location is right next the Olympic park, so fundamentally today there is nothing there. There is a nice pizzeria next to the park where the food is served every 30minutes minimum :) but other than that you will need a car to move around or see/doing something (apart going to the F1 track)
