“A Very Interesting Museum”
Reviewed 20 April 2014

One of the best museums with a short film in English. Very interesting displays with info on individual veterans. Well worth seeing.

“A Must See!”
Reviewed 27 March 2014

An excellent museum. Check when the English Language version of the cinema presentation is, we found it very interesting and informative.
The interior displays are quite good but the star of the show lies outside, the actual Pegasus.
We traveled "down" from Cherbourg visiting the D Day sites and this was a fitting end to the journey.

“Excellent - A must visit”
Reviewed 19 March 2014

We visited here when travelling around the d-day beach sites and this was probably the best part.

The staff are very knowledgeable and enthusiastic on the event that occurred here and gave a very interesting presentation. There is also a short film played in English which has interviews with some of the veterans from the mission.

The bridge within the museum is the actual bridge that was there on the day. There is also a life size replica of the gliders that were used.

There are lots of little interesting and unique artifacts within the museum which are all worth a look at.

“Pegasus memorial...you must see it!”
Reviewed 5 March 2014

I enjoyed the museum particularly the bridge at the back of the musem which is a must see piece of history and you can walk along it too which is amazing! As well as the glider that is on show unfortunately you couldn't go inside the plane but it was still interesting to look at. Yet, I was disappointed that the cinema in the middle of the memorial was not showing anything it seemed a waste. Overall cheap entry and if you want to see and walk on Pegasus bridge this is a winner!!
