A beautiful Oast nestled between the village church and acres of fruit orchards, this B&B was truly a superb choice. Jill, our delightful host, allowed us to take the Orchard room in the actual oast roundel and how lovely it was. Tastefully decorated, the extra large double bed made for a great night's sleep - or as much as we could on the hottest night of the year! Conveniently situated just down the road from the local pub that also happened to be serving great food and surrounded by a myriad of public footpaths, this B&B makes for an ideal base to explore the surrounding countryside. Jill also happens to be a dab hand at serving a wonderful cooked breakfast taken in the sunlounge overlooking her immaculate garden. We would not hesitate to recommend the Church Oast B&B to any of our family and friends.

Room tip: The 'Orchard' roundel room is a delight.

A traditional Kentish Oast house , and set in wonderfully kept gardens. Idyllic location, but very close to the busier areas of Whitstable, Canterbury & Faversham. We were given a warm welcome. Room was spacious , and lots of thought has gone into the rooms. Little extras such as tea, biscuits, tissues etc. Lovely breakfast in the morning.

We stayed here for one night and were more than happy with the standard of the accommodation and also the breakfast! A nice bonus was the tea and biscuits served on arrival. Our room was extremely nice, with a very comfortable bed and powerful shower. To be able to make a cup of tea in the room with fresh milk in the fridge was a very welcome bonus! There were nice complimentary toiletries and huge fluffy towels, together with slippers and bathrobes. The one small negative is that the radiator in the bathroom had some not too pleasant marks on it but that did not spoil our stay at all. Hats off to Jill for how she manages to run the B& B single handed, along with maintaining the most wonderful garden! We would not hesitate to stay again!

Thank you for taking the trouble to write this review. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay but I must apologise for the mark on the radiator which has now been removed. I hope to see you again one day.

Beautiful setting on a local village green with a quintessential English pub serving good food. Lovely room with comfy bed and lots of thoughtful touches like a fridge with fresh milk and bottled water, teapot & cafetiere with wide selection of teas and coffee, his & her bathrobes. Amazing cooked breakfasts incl extensive choice of cereal, fruits, yoghurts. A brilliant hostess readily available to answer questions and have a chat and who recorded British Grand Prix so not missed! Thanks Jill for a lovely few days. D&L Scotland

Enjoyed our Weekend Break, beautiful authentic property and gardens.
Owner was very responsive to my e mail communications and very helpful.
Room and property was exceptionally clean, room was well equipped.
Lots of area information on hand.
Tea and biscuits on arrival was a nice touch.
Breakfast selection was good, although unable to really fully appreciate as was nursing an hangover from the previous evenings meal at the fantastic local pub across the road.
Maybe the cost per night was slightly on the high side.
