This has been our go to place whenever we’re in the mood for a good lunch or dinner in Propriano.

Among an entire boulevard of tourist traps with crap service and over priced poorly cooked food, Terra Cotta stands out as the best spot on this side of town.

The staff is as friendly and professional as you might expect. The food makes it worth while going the extra mile if you’re in the area.

We ended up paying about 80€ for two adults for lunch, including a wonderful glass of wine and coffee.

We watched a parade of boats decorated for the feats of St Erasme as we waited for our meal to be served. The restaurant terrace overlooks the lively port of Propriano and is a lovely setting for the lovely food. Every dish was quite perfect and totally delicious and we thought it all very good value for money.

Terra Cotta is clearly a higher level of food than other restaurants in Propriano (or on Corsica). More refined and close to the level of 1 Michelin star. The tasting menu of 5 courses for 55 euros is good value for money. The dishes taste and look great. This is a seafood restaurant: the tasting menu was spring roll of crab and shrimp, tuna, lobster ravioli, sea bass, and dessert. Good and friendly service. Recommended if you are looking for something special.

OK so you have had a good pizza, plate of charcuterie, maybe a decent steak and now you want to have that special meal out this is the place. Run by a husband and wife team..he is in the kitchen. It never disappoints. The set lunch is excellent value but dinner is something special...mainly seafood but what interesting dishes..if you are not that hungry try two starters. Pudding can stretch to more than one if you a full but can't resist. More expensive than most but worth every penny.

Enjoyed a great meal here as a family of four, we all took the "menu degustation" to have a taste of several different items from the menu. It was well worth it, beautifully presented and very tasty made with good quality ingrédients.
