The pros: Budget price, decently equiped kitchen, convenient location. Average size room.
The cons: Some extras charged apart, included internet and parking. Small apartment. Small parking. Front desk not well served at night.
Did not try breakfast, so cannot say anything about.
Won't be going back! Stained carpets, balcony in our apartment was a cage with decking! Very limited/poor breakfast! There is a surcharge of €2 for WiFi which is ridiculous!!! We were asked to wash the dishes if we use the kitchen!! Whaaaatttt??? Why am i paying for? Booked only 1 night thank goodness! Corridors and room doors look like prison, horrible hotel! When we arrived on the 26th sept 2016 in the evening the girl at the reception she was very rude asking us to hurry up presenting our ID/passports, so i had to ask her to calm down and give me a minute as i have many things in my handbag and i couldn't find them, then she changed her tone! So i would not recommend this hotel not even for 1 night
Location ok but being a non smoking room (614) there is a lot to do. Just outside the window you found several rest from cigarets and the room smelt like there has been smoking all the time.
The bed was very narrow and short.
As the title states good clean accommdation which was very spacious.We booked the larger studio which was one bedroom with two single beds...bit narrow but comfy.The living room area had a pull out bed fridge,hob and microwave. Also dinning table.bathroom had bath and was a good size.Accommdation was 20 minutes walk from the main station about 5 minutes on the tram. About 10 minutes walk to the centre of town and the square. If you walk up through town and along the main avenue it is a bit seedy but from the centre along the canal is really nice. About 10 minutes away from a couple of small supermarkets so was to me a great apartment and location.
In the beginning looks like a great deal.
Later I found out all the reasons why the price is so low.
Breakfast is very limited and below average in terms of quality and quantity.
Room cleaning is available ONLY from Monday to Friday, and as we never get noticed about it we had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper at 23:00 after a long day at work.
There is nothing available to eat late at night except silly things in a vending machine.
Not even large bottled water is available to buy.
3 person room was actually one double bed room with an extra folding couch bed (very noisy ).
Receptionist told us We have to wash the plates and glasses before we go as it was part of the regulations!!! (FYI there was no soap or anything to wash them with).
The hotel is located in a rather dodgy area. without easy access to Citi center.
on the other hand it's looks clean, its qui and staff is polite.
Communicating in English was average.
