An ideal location, but let down by unfriendly, unhelpful, abrupt & rude staff. Small rooms for two people & not a single British TV channel available - every other language catered for though! Not quite sure what Ibis are playing at with this one - they need to pull their socks up as it doesn't cost anything to be pleasant/polite/helpful! Choose Ibis Le Lac - much better after a long journey.

Due to a last minute cancelled Cancer appointment by the hospital CHU Haut-Laveque nearby, the stay in the hotel was no longer required. As the only option made available at the time of booking was a non-refundable payment by credit card the money was lost. A more flexible charging arrangement is needed at a more reasonable price.

Whilst the staff were both helpful and friendly the hotel itself lacked the usual feeling we have experienced in other IBIS hotels. We found it a very noisy hotel both from external and internal noise. It did not help having a room by the lift. The author conditioning was fixed on hot which became extremely uncomfortable. Finally the choice of food lacked any imaginaction and frankly disappointed by the hotel experience.

Good staff welcome, good service and rooms as always excellent. Have used Ibis for many years both for business and pleasure and I must say the standard has improved even though it was good many years ago. An added advantage is that pets are allowed.

Everything looks old in this hotel .... small room, old paint on the walls, condensation on the windows, need renovation. No coffe or tea in the room.
The best part is that the hotel have an free parking
