Dinner here was a fabulous experience. We had the tasting menu, and at 139 Euros it was actually good value, bearing in mind the outstanding ingredients, the surroundings and the obvious expertise that had been bestowed every dish on the menu. The wonderful variety of fish and seafood dishes all bore the hallmarks of Olivier Roellinger's subtle and expert use of spices. The cheeses were superb, and the desserts absolutely outstanding. Be sure to have enough room for these desserts, as one is invited to choose a selection from the trolley, and they are all of the highest quality. This is one of these experiences that is truly memorable - and for all the right reasons. We didn't stay here, so can't comment on the hotel itself.
