I was worried something must be wrong with my tastebuds, but then I was gratified to read the critical review by "Espacinoui", with which I completely agree. I used to love this restaurant back when Jacques Lameloise was the chef, but this was my first visit after his retirement. The publicity claims that his successor, Éric Pras, has breathed new life into the place with fresh, light, and precise cooking... not. The egg-and-mushroom dish was a heavy, disorganized jumble (EraOra in Copenhagen does a far more successful take on this idea), while the lamb was dry and bland. Dessert was better, but not exceptional. Despite the attentive service and pleasant dining room, I've enjoyed a great many meals more than I did this one, including some that were cooked by me... now that's really a bad sign!
