Stayed 4 nights at this wonderful estate. We actually stayed in 3 different rooms during the 4 nights stay due to the full occupancy.
This large estate has two houses next to each other. One of our rooms has a nice balcony, the other up on the attic and another with its private outdoor seating. All unique in design and ambience. However the furnishing of the rooms are dated and badly need some upgrading to maintain the luxe factor.
There is a swimming pool and tennis court. They also provide bicycles that you can use to ride around the huge estate filled with nice forest. Overall environment of the estate is wonderful and hard to beat.
Two main things that prevented me to rate this hotel excellent (5 stars) are the dated furnishing of the rooms and the below par breakfast served. With a 2 star Michelin restaurant, one will wonder why they serve a mediocre breakfast typical of a 3 star restaurant.
