I stayed in room 63 on the 3rd floor. The room was large with a very large bathroom which had a jacuzzi bath and a separate shower. The WiFi is free and very fast and the mini bar is reasonably priced for once! The staff are very welcoming, they asked if they could help with my luggage from my car, showed me to my room. This hotel also has it's own private parking round the back. The food was ok, both at the brasserie and breakfast. I will be coming back to this hotel when I am next in the area.

This is the second time we have stayed at the hotel. Insider knowledge of opening times necessary as they close on Sunday and Monday morning, so don't arrive too early and check. Having had an awful drive up country, the receptionist welcomed us with a warming drink, which I thought was exceptionally kind. Rooms are very swish with an amazing bathroom, hot water and fluffy towels. Pillows though were a little lumpy. The room was very hot. We ate in the brasserie as the weather was foul; the food was good, (esp the amazing lemon souflee), but it was expensive for a brasserie with restricted choices, and evening staff were less friendly than I would have liked. Breakfast lovely with home-made vanilla cream and yoghurt, lovely bread, smoked salmon and cook it yourself boiled eggs. Very substantial. Again, lovely receptionist. We would stay again but would probably eat out. Always busy.

Room Tip: We chose a standard room which was more than adequate. Double glazed for peaceful sleep though cent...

pretty good hotel with large rooms and amazing marble bathrooms with tubs. Service is good. Restaurant is terrible, but there are others nearby. The decorating is a bit dated, but he place is maintained impeccably and I would return.

For some years we have been travelling back to the UK from the Alps and have never found a great stop over hotel located well on our way back until now!

Chalons is a very pleasant town to stroll around and the hotel is well located and well furnished with modern fittings. We had a lovely room on the top floor with a big bedroom and huge bathroom ( room 63). I recommend it!

The other BiG plus is the hotel has a Michelin starred restaurant on location and we had a 61 euros three course meal which was really excellent. Service was also top knotch!

We will definitely be making this our stop over hotel in the future!

Room Tip: Room 63 is great on 3rd floor

We spent a single night in September after staying for three nights last year. The Hotel is located in the heart of Chalons, which in our opinion is the hidden gem of the Champagne region. The rooms are modern, comfortable, quiet and equipped with all modern conveniences. The restaurant and brasserie are both first class as you would expect from a michelin starred location. It makes the perfect base for exploring the Champagne region, with the most famous villages being only a short drive away. Take time to explore the town itself, it has many lovely surprises and the first air conditioned cheese shop we have ever encountered.

This hotel is right in the middle of Chalons en Champagne, easy to find and has secure car parking (book a place as it's quite small). Our room was huge, on the top floor, with an amazing bathroom that included a large jacuzzi bath. Totally unexpected but very nice! We decided to eat in the restaurant as the menu looked good and we weren't disappointed. There were other guests eating in there when we arrived and later a party of 25 arrived. The staff didn't bat an eyelid and served everyone very efficiently. The wine list is excellent with some good priced wines from all over France. We choose a 7 course tasting menu and every course was delicious - beautifully presented and very tasty. And at the end of the meal they bought a selection of home made sweets in jars - some of the best jellies I have ever had. I would definately stop there again if I was nearby.

Right in the centre of Chalons En Champagne. A beautiful room with a super en suite bathroom. Only criticism was the price of eating in the restaurant. Frightfully expensive and only one couple in there on the night we stayed. Around the corner is the square with lots of reasonably priced and good restaurants. It is a great shame as a charming dining room. No good if no one ever eats there though.

Room Tip: We had an attic room and it was lovely.
