“Nice, safe location for summer traveling”
Reviewed 29 May 2013

Nice hotel in a nice, safe location. Room was clean and in a good condition; modern appeal and quite large for European standard! When travel with kids an important thing to take into consideration is distance, it only took 5 minutes to walk from the hotel to the underground Metro. Metro will take you anywhere in Paris the fastest, most convenient way.

When we arrived, quite early in the day they were happy to allow us an early check in. The staff at the front desk were Wonderful and very helpful and we dealt with numerous staff members. The room was small by US standards but very sufficient and typical of European countries. It was clean and comfortable. Great to have a place to cook and save on food. Bathroom was very nice, modern and clean. Location was a hop, skip and jump to the metro stop and Paris' metro system is awesome. Nice grocery around the corner to buy some food. Quiet neighborhood allowed us to sleep with window open. Definitely would stay again. Only negative is it is just barely outside the Paris belt so the shuttle from the airport was a bit more expensive than in central Paris but it was well worth the cost.

Room Tip: We got the room with two twins. They were pushed together so we had plenty of room.

good flat in a very good location for a business trip or even for tourism.

fresh decoration and small but good kitchen.

what is really annoying is the review as we are obliged to write at least 200 characters to finish the review. This is a quick review, not a report!!!

We went to Paris Saint Germain - Bastia, and this location is excellent. You can see the stadium from your window and it takes about 10-15 minutes on foot to the stadium.
The hotel itself was nice and clean. The breakfast was delicious! Parking for 15-20€/night, a little hard to find but the receptionist lady was very helpfull!

The visit started well with our requested (higher floor level) room being reserved for us. There are small shops (Carrefour City) and boulangeries within a block or two, so easy walking distance so it was easy to stock our small kitchenette for our stay.
This is an excellent base for visiting Paris as all the transport (buses and Metro) converge at Saint Cloud which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel.
Although we did not use it there is a chic bar and opening January2013 an independant brasserie in the building. hotel reception has some useful vending machines if the shops are closed.
One observation gto the management; it would be good to have a machine with essentials such as washing up liquid / dish washer tablets, salt & pepper.... if these really cannot be supplied with the apartment.
