Ibis Paris Boulogne Billancourt

Although this hotel is not located in Paris, it is very convenient to go to the tourist areas by metro line 9. Staff in the reception were very friendly and helpful. We arrived at 8AM and they found us a room for early check-in!

I spent 6 nights in the room 208 and I had a great stay. The location could not have been better, very nice, clean and quiet neighborhood. Loads of restaurants and corner shops nearby and parks.
The room was basic but clean, big enough for 2 people. The bathroom was big, nice shower cabin. The room had AC and TV and it lacked a closet.
The breakfast was basic (pain au chocolat, croissant, ham, butter, fruits, bread...) but after 3-4 days it was a bit boring).
Overall, it was a great stay at the hotel I would totally go back and I would recommend it to other tourists. The staff was very friendly and helpful, check-in was very quick.
Thank you Ibis Boulogne Billancourt

Room Tip: Do not ask for the rooms at the ground floor, next to the elevator. They are a bit noisy

Although we didn't end up attending any matches, we opted for this hotel because of its proximity to Roland Garros. Of all 3 ibis hotels I have stayed at in Paris, this was my favorite. I loved that it was in the city, but not in the midst of the tourist zone. The hotel staff were also genuinely friendly and answered all questions without tiring! So thankful for their assistance with subway & train navigation. Wonderful little bakery about half a mile away with delicious breads and treats as well as a supermarket at the end of the street. Be warned though that English speakers outside of the hotel are hard to find!

Being just a minutes walk from the Billancourt metro stop on Line 9 the hotel makes a nice change to being in central Paris.

Around the hotel there are plenty of dining options that provide better value than the hustle and bustle of the capital whilst being around 15-20 minutes by metro to the central areas of the city.

The rooms are as you expect in an IBIS, clean, fresh and for a few nights stay just what was needed. Reception staff where pleasant and provided extra towels on request and the benefit of free wifi throughout the hotel is welcomed.

The one negative was the lack of a curtain over the bathroom window - although the extra towel soon sorted that out!

If we are looking for another break in the French capital then we would definitely consider stopping here again rather that the central area as Billancourt is a nice area to stay.

Stayed for one night for an event in Boulogne. The hotel was in a great location, clean and generally quiet. The staff were very cheerful and courteous which was nice. Only negative comments are, the shower didn't have any sort of screen so the whole bathroom got soaked which was a bit of a pain. Also we were in the first room on the bottom floor, right by the door and lift so it was noisy when people where coming and going, for one night this wasn't terrible but would be much worse if you were staying for any length of time. Overall satisfied with stay, I would return.
