Its located not far from La Defense metro station. I'm a girl traveling alone and it took not more than 10 min for me to get to the hotel. My studio room was spacious, kitchenette was handy. Cleaning agents are not provided. There was a balcony in my room. Bathroom is okay but no hairdryer. Free high-speed wifi internet from Swiss. Free deposit box. Reading lamp didnt work. There is Carrefour supermarket nearby and some shopping malls (incl. huge one near Grande Arche). The neighborhood is pretty quiet at night so its was fine to sleep.

We stayed in a double room one weekend in early July. It's not a very convenient location for central Paris, but if you have to be in La Defense or Courbevoie, it is OK. There are several restaurants nearby. Place Charras has several stores, including a large Carrefour supermarket. There is also a nice park in front and a garden behind the hotel. Swimming pool was under renovation, but the municipal 50m pool is a short walk away.

The room was clean and tidy. Very convenient to have a fridge and cooker in the room. The LCD TV is awkwardly located and could only be viewed from the bed, but this was alright. Nice big window in the room. The bed was comfortable as well, but with Paris having over 30°C temperatures and having no airconditioning, we didn't sleep well (could not fault the hotel for this really). Free wireless internet was very handy.

Not much to say that hasn't been said in other reviews. It provides a reasonably clean and safe room in an out-of-the-way location that is a good deal at the right rate. I found the room to be rather small, with a tiny and awkwardly located TV and a so-so bed. Free wireless internet is an appreciated nice touch. I was annoyed by the difficulty of using the elevators, which are very slow and small and fill up quickly- the result can be long waits for an opening big enough to get a suitcase in. The location is certainly out of the way- keep in mind that it is not in the central Paris fare zone for the Metro or RER, so you'll be paying a bit more to get to the La Defense Grande Arche from Paris and vice versa. The hotel is reasonably close to the station, but the station is part of a huge, sprawling complex where it can be very difficult to find your bearings, especially at night when the area is deserted. That said, the hotel itself is near a surprisingly pleasant semi-residential area with bakeries, supermarkets, etc.

Bottom line is that this could be a good place for individual travelers to stay if, and only if, you get a good rate (i.e., significantly cheaper than anywhere in central Paris). If you can't get the lowest rate, or if you're traveling with a family, it probably isn't the right place for you.

I had unforgettable summer in Paris last year. There was a month long assignment in La Defense company office in Tour Europlaza for me and decided to book nearby hotel in Courbevoie, Hotel Citea. It was wonderful view from my room. I can see part of the Arc de Triomphe right from my hotel room.
In terms of money, it is comparatively cheaper hotel considering other Paris hotels. Room service is once a week, not regular. However hotel premises are neat and clean. Indoor swimming pool is there for weekends. Tough to find nearby places for food specially over weekends. However, McDonalds, Grocerry store is nearby.
Distance from Paris city is not much, but train station is nearby. However, cab will take hardly 10-15 mins to reach to Paris city (approx 15 Euro fare).
Staff is average but sometimes facing communication problems in English. Rooms are good with small kitchen inside with microwave and handy utensils. Free internet is good thing provided your laptop should have wi-fi enabled.
Overall it was good experience staying there.

Stayed at this place for a 2-night week-end since the ibis la defense was full and there was a good deal at 55€ / night.

Room was of acceptable size, mattress maybe a bit soft and generally all the furnitures showing their age.. This is especially true of the TV set which is a small cathodic one while a LCD one one the wall would be more appropriate. There is a small kitchen area within the room with an oven and a fridge but I didn't test any of it.

My room was quiet and I have no complaints here except maybe the fridge doing some odd noise from time to time.

wifi was free of charge with very nice download speed (over 250kb/s) though I was probably the only one in the residence, but still appreciated nonetheless. You have to ask a login/password at the reception which is valid for 1 month/2.5GB download.

I however would not pay full price for it (95 to 100€) since it definitely not worth that price based on the standing and cheap furniture and you will be better off staying somewhere else.

It's a 5 to 10min walk from the Metro Esplanade La Defense or RER/Metro La Defense. Nearby the hotel in Place Charras you will find a Champion supermarket, Picard and plenty of shops in rue de Bezons such as cheese, bread and even a McDonald. La Defense gives you access to a large mall Les 4 Temps boasting all kind of shops, as well as a UGC Cine Cite with movies in english, and CNIT to the FNAC (books, videos, music, computer, ...) and Decathlon sport shop.

We stayed there for 3 night during the "fête du travail" weekend. It's basically a 3 days weekend. We did pay much for the room and the reason is that La Défense is extremely quiet when no one is working. That's why we didn't pay much for the room and we went to another hotel afterwards. The hotel isn't extremely close to the metro station La Défense but it's not too far either. It takes a while to go from there to the center of Paris (about 45 minutes) but it's perfect who have business at the Défense.

The hotel was clean but as someone else mentioned, there was a weird smell in the hallway. When we first came, they had put some kind of lemon spray so it wasn't so bad. It didn't smell bad in the room so that was not a big deal. The room itself was great. We had a small kitchen with an oven and dishes. The decoration wasn't bad and the room was rather large. There was free Wi-Fi with a network called "swiss". The gave us a card with an access code and a password and we actually got to use at some other places with the same network.

The only problem with our stay is that we got kicked out of our room by the maid. The check-out time a this hotel was 11h and we wanted to leave precisely at that time but she insisted that our room was the only one left on the floor for her to clean up at 10h.

I was traveling alone; the single room was larger than other comparably-priced Parisian hotels. The room overlooked a pleasant courtyard. Free internet. 10 minute walk from the La Defense Metro/RER station. Nice neighborhood -- it's the non-La-Defense-office-tower part of the suburb of Courbevoie.

The front desk is shuttered from noon to 2:00 pm. Normally you'd be out and about and never know this, but I arrived a little before noon. Since my room was ready, I settled in; I had wanted to get the Internet access code to look up something before I went out, but they'd shuttered by then. No big deal, I just went on my way, and if I really needed the Internet, there's a McDonald's with free WiFi at the Metro station.
