This is out of the way, just outside Paris but not close to either the railway or tube. I have friends locally but for the occasional tourist go somewhere closer to public transport. Street parking is very limited so add extra to park in the hotel car park. None of the usual courtesy items such as water and coffee in your room (this is not ibis budget!). Clean and better furnished than their budget offerings but not worth the additional cost. There is an ibis budget close by so gi there and save some money!
As the staff were not particularly friendly and mildly pushy we had our meals in local restaurants.

We stayed here for a weekend as we were visiting family nearby.
Our room was quiet - first floor near the back, so we didn't get any of the traffic noise others have mentioned. The room was quite small, so there was only just enough room to walk round the twin beds. However, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. We didn't use the breakfast room as Eur9.50 seemed a bit steep for a coffee and a croissant. Free wifi was a plus. The shower was a good size and the water was hot.
Great for a weekend - but I wouldn't want to stay there for a week.

Room Tip: Rooms at the back are probably less noisy.

This hotel is in a quiet street in the area between the Les Moulineaux and Val de Seine T2 tram stations. It is actually closer to Les Moulineaux than Val de Seine despite the name. It was previously a Campanile Hotel if my memory serves me rightly. The entire district of Les Moulineaux is still in the midst of a furious building phase, with new appartments going up all over the place. That said, the street is very quiet from a car point of view. Only (big) disadvantage is that if you open the window, you hear the trams passing (which because of the squeaking, can be quite annoying and wake you up).

The hotel has rather old fashioned "air conditioning" which is hard-set to "Heating" from October to May. So if you should happen to get a warm day in the Autumn or Spring, you cannot have air-conditioning. And then you open the window. And then you get the tram noise, or worse still noisy people outside smoking, which comes right up to your window. Even the receptionist seemed embarrassed when I pointed this out.

Location-wise you are close to the station as I mentioned and also a short walk to the Trois Moulins Shopping Center with Auchan and a few other stores. The hotel has got better since it was a Campanile, let's be fair - better decor, better breakfast, and the bathroom whilst basic has been upgraded.

Because of the reasonably good location (for Porte de Versailles or La Défense on the tram) the prices can border on the frankly outrageous given the level of comfort. 140 Euros for a night (I paid this on several nights) is utterly unacceptable. On other nights, 78 Euros.

Before you mention it yes I am aware this is "Paris" (suburbs), I have lived here for practically all my adult life. But there are some situations that are just not acceptable as a consumer.

Room Tip: Avoid the rooms too low down, you will smell the cigarettes of the smokers if you open the window.

A simple comfortable hotel (with free wifi) just outside Paris but reasonably close from RER C and Tramway. Neighborhood is not the best but the hotel amenities make it worthwhile when you want to stay close to Paris main areas (St Michel station at 30 mins door-to-door). Decently sized room and bathroom (for Paris), very clean.

Easy access to public transportation. Shopping mall nearby, but closed early New Years Eve. Breakfast was great, but they ran out of Jelly/Jam a lot. Parking is easy, but not free. I'd stay here again if we'd go to Paris again. Staff spoke limited English. RER C line station is 8 minutes walk away. Metro station is about 18 minutes walk away.

A little far off from the centre of Paris but it was peaceful and very safe. Neighbourhood was friendly and hotel staffs were very knowledgeable..room was clean though a little small but it is a budget hotel anyway. A tram is within 8 min walk and another line of train is nearby too! It was my 1st trip to Paris and travelling in and out from this hotel was so easy..

If you are looking for a decent hotel with a decent breakfast in Paris..I highly recommend this hotel.
