Within walking distance to metro station. Friendly hotel staffs. Spent 3 nights at the beginning of summer season, cooling weather still. Very spacious twins sharing room equiped with a mini kichen which allow you to cook and fill your stomach anytime. Just nice that there's Carrefour hypermart close to the hotel, and there's also nice restaurants nearby the hotel area selling very good foods and cheap. Unfortunately, the room only come with LAN cable with no wifi, we couldn't connect to internet using mobile phone, or ipad though. Wifi only available at ground floor front desk area, you can request for the username and password from the front desk staff. (Suggest to have wifi in the room)

We stayed here (family of four) for 3 nights at the end of July 2013.

We found the appartment's facilities to be fine - rooms are reasonably sized, kept up OK and the kitchen, if a bit basic, is fit for purpose. The journey in to central Paris is not bad with a direct and regular RER link. The hotel has good, reasonably priced secure parking. And the local facilities (supermarket, bakery) are good. All in all, on paper, the hotel would seem to offer reasonable value ...

... until you get there. Our room during our stay was unacceptably hot and uncomfortable. It must have been 35 degrees + in the room when we arrived (it was somehow consistently less hot outside both during day time and then at night). With two young children, this led to a very grouchy time in Paris. It isn't that the lack of air conditioning is the cause of the problem - we've stayed previously in Paris in hotels without air conidtioning with no problem. No, the problem lies with this particular hotel. So we'd strongly recommend looking for a different hotel in Paris during the summer months.

Ironically, we saw that the front desk staff had brought in their own air conditioning unit for themselves. Only after our second complaint, after a very difficult first night at the hotel, were we provided a simple desk fan to help with the heat. This suggests that the hotel knows of the problem but is not prepared to take simple steps to alleviate it. They were also unable to transfer us to a different hotel or a different (cooler) room.

Situated in a quiet neighbourhood. 5 minutes walk from the metro station (in Paris metro zone 2). Decent sized rooms with facility for a small kitchen.

Wifi - There is no wifi in the room. All you have is cable internet. Many people travel with tablets/phones and don't carry laptops these days. If you need wifi you have to go to the reception and many were doing that! We should have checked this aspect before booking the rooms!
2) Staff - not the friendliest you would meet.

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your comment, which has been carefully noted.

We would like to apologise for the lack of sympathy of our reception team and, also, if you did not have wifi in the room.

For the first point, we remind to our team, the importance of beeing welcoming and that kind of coment helps us to show that we need to improve again ourselves.

About the Wifi, a study is conducted to give our guests that service. Unfortunatly, that takes time.....

Our team of reception staff is here to help you. Please feel free to call us the day before you arrive, so that we can keep you informed as fully as possible regarding your stay.

We hope to have the pleasure of seeing you again at the Adagio Paris Quai d'Ivry,

Kind regards

Overall, this is a very accessible aparthotel by car (they charge 10 EUR/night for private underground parking) and the city is easily accessible by RER (5 min walk) or Metro (15 min walk). There are a lot of cheap places nearby to fill up your supplies (bakeries, supermarket, gas station etc.) + bank and post office within 10 minutes of walk. The neighborhood is completely safe and well-maintained.

The room itself is clean but cheap (uncomfy bed, plain and simple desk and chairs), however, the free wired internet (tip: bring a wi-fi router with you and you have wi-fi access), the fully equipped kitchenette is a BIG plus when you stay for more nights. If you can catch a promotion, you can spend an inexpensive week in Paris - provided that you are not so picky about the comfort level of your hotel.

The staff is friendly and very helpful, and they speak English well. Mind the house rules though: if you stay for a specific time, there is only cleaning AFTER you leave the apartment (you can pay extra for the cleaning if you wish), and you are responsible for taking the garbage with you when you leave.

This hotel was nice. The only complaint I would have is that our room constantly stank of must and smoke which wasn't great. The room itself too was rather small but had everything you need like kettle, toaster, microwave ect. It was very close to the RER which would take you straight to the Eiffel Tower and other sights. There is also and a large shopping centre close by too. Only free WiFi in the lobby which isn't the greatest. Staff seemed pleasant enough and we had no problems staying here. I would return.

Absolutely OK.
As expected and therefor we were satisfied. Not far from the RER (5 min.). The reception was always helpfull and friendly. We booked an upgrade Room, so we also had a balcony and a bathtub.
The cooking corner was full equipped and very helpful if you stay a few days. The room size is absolutely acceptable and you don't want to sit the whole day in your room...
Cleaning is once a week if you stay more than three days, but if you read the room description attentive you know that before and for the price thats OK.
You won't get better service if you have a holiday flat.
Look where the hotel is and expect what you pay for so you will be satisfied.
The neighbourhood is mixed but we had no problems at all.
There also is a shopping center not far (500m). And by the RER you need about 10-15 minutes to Notre Dame.
The only thing we were not so pleased is that the room cleaning used very much air frehener before we entered the room.
We would book there again.

Nice and Tidy apartment hotel with all facility like Kitchenette, tv, desk and Utensils. 24 hrs reception service with english speaking staff.

Hotel is very near to Main line railway station from where you can get direct train to Notre Dame and Eiffel Tower. Also connect to all main station which goes to Disneyland Paris and CDG airport.

There are Pizza Shop and other off license store available near hotel so that you can get all stuff for cooking.

Nice hotel and daily room service also provides. Friendly and helpful staff.
