Stayed here on for visiting Paris. It was clean . It was unusually hot the time we were there and the air conditioner did not work. I complained about it and the management said it was to early in the year for it to be working yet. They did bring me a fan for my room. If your going to Paris it's to far from the city to walk. Had dinner there also didn't care for it. Personally I would never stay there again unless I had business close by.

Room Tip: If you re a tourist going to Paris I would get something closed to town. This place is out in the bo...

If you want individualized service and special attention..this is not the hotel to go to. My experience here was so so, basic everything, AC didn't really work well. As a tourist, I wouldn't stay here again only because there are better hotels which are closer to the sights.

This hotel feels like it should have been your average moderate business hotel. However, it's been plunked down in Neuilly, a leafy area of Paris with only a few offices, including my firm's Paris office, nearby. Hence, management had to find customers and they've gone for a tourist trade: mostly Chinese and Australians if breakfast was anything to judge by.

I have three categories of hotel; acceptable, unacceptable and the Mandarin Oriental chain. This one falls firmly into unacceptable and I'm never going back. Unless it's that or a park bench. I was travelling on business and only in for one night, so I didn't move, but I did think about.

The front desk staff were pleasant (not always the case in Paris) but it was all downhill after that. Was given a room, it reeked of smoke. Called the desk to discuss alternatives. In a bout of honesty was told that they nominally have non-smoking rooms but because of the Chinese tourists, all the rooms can smell of smoke. Made a room change seem pointless.

It was about 9 pm, so I went to find some dinner. I eat too much room service so I prefer to sit down in a restaurant or at the bar if i can. I was told that the kitchen was 'broken' so there was no food. But I could get room service. Really? It did nowever, explain the cryptic note in the room that only 'continental' breakfast was available.

I passed on the room service and went out to the cafe across the street.

Bed was hard, air conditioning not up to the job even in moderate temperatures in mid-June. Bathroom was okay. Limited selection of English language TV; had to watch the football in German.

Check out relatively pain free and luggage storage and retrieval was efficient.

Room Tip: It may be worth a try to find a room that doesn't actually reek of cigarette smoke.

This is a nice hotel as far as clean, and confortable. I was with a tour so we had our tour bus pick us up and take us to our planned destinations. However; if I were not with a tour and had to make my own way thru Paris, this hotel is not convenient to walk to popular places. The hotel food was average, nothing great. All and all, accommodating.

The hotel was comfortable and clean and large. As a result don't expect a European character, but normal standard and quality of a large chain hotel. Not near paris or a charming old area, but convenient metro nearby. Food and coffee also as expected for large hotel; unremarkable and not memorable.

A little far from city center but it has Metro very closely. Room was big enough and clean. This hotel is modern and not like an "european style" hotel which is made of old stones and having something old fragrance many of foreign visitors expected, but comfortable and good for rest for about its one of aim.

Decent hotel. Noisy in lobby. This is a Taiwanese hotel and is overrun with Chinese and the Chinese know how to make noise. Room was quiet and normal. Good restaurants adjacent. Breakfast in hotel is ok.

Easy subway ride to the center of the city in 15-20 minutes.
