I don't believe this hotel is up to four start standards. Its a little shabby by U.S. standards, tile in bathroom is cracked, toilet seat won't stay up, no drain in sink, TV reception is fuzzy, can't get an outside line using the phone in the room (important for international travelers whose cell phones cost a fortune to use in Europe), heater didn't work in the couch room (had to leave the bedroom door open). On the positive side, the free wireless internet worked great (rare in Europe), room was clean, staff helpful, bed comfortable, nice balcony. This hotel is in a business district, so wouldn't recommend coming here for vacation.

Stayed 5 nights in August. Seems that the A/C is actually an air exchanger " American's don't understand this," was the reply from the Front Desk Clerk. No smoking in the rooms, Hallways, Pool, and Lobby, that's OK, just not the rooms. The morning breakfast buffet, all 10 items at E18 was steep. The maid staff was excellent, they were also the only ones most days that spoke English. On the good side, it's close to the Train Station, a grocery store and 2 bakeries that had excellent coffee and pastries where my wife sent me each morning. The location is quiet, with absolutely nothing to do after 1700 hrs. Train to Paris, about 15 minutes. Walk to the train station, less than 5 minutes.

We checked in late afternoon, but ended up waiting in the hallway for 20 minutes while the maid finished the room. Once inside, the A/C unit (actually a swamp cooler) started leaking on my wife's suitcase! We switched rooms (had to wait again for maid service to finish) and discovered that the A/C wasn't working in that room (this was in July, in middle of a heat wave).
However, the rooms are large and it had a kitchenette, which was nice. Walking distance to the train station. Good restaurant right next door, which was good since there isn't much else around the area.

Stayed 3 nights whilst taking kids to an Eminem concert at the Stade de France.
Hotel staff are very good and obliging. Moved my room immediately when I asked as our bedroom was opposite a noisy building site just across the street and balcony would have been a waste of time and quiet. Had a better room at rear facing of hotel overlooking a grass area. There are no views to see anywhere from hotel rooms.
Rooms are small but very clean with fresh bedding and towels. Pool area is clean and pool cleaner was a very nice chap who helped us with lots of information about travelling around.
Situated in a developing business area approx. 10 minutes walk from train/bus station. You can get RER B into Paris from there and Charles D G airport . Airport is approx. 27 stops though, takes over an hour. Central Paris is about 20-30 mins on RER B at 10.80 euro's p.p a trip its an all day ticket which is great for hopping on and off metro but very expensive every day for us 3. Added on at least 120 euros to my trip.
There is nothing to do or see around hotel at all and a rip off supermarket opposite train station charging 5.80 euro's for a box of cereal!!!
Check if pool open b4 you book, it was but was closing 1st Sept and that's the reason we booked this hotel.
One partner restaurant next door but dear if you eating there all time.
We took RER B to Stade de France but it was nearly an hour again, too far if you going there for a short trip.
We didn't have breakfast it was too expensive but they give you a nice selection of tea/coffee/chocolate/water and some bikkies in room and you have a fridge and air conditioning.
I would use hotel again but in a totally different area nearer to Paris.

Room Tip: Ask not to be opposite busy working building site which looks like it has a few months more work yet...

After being stuck in traffic for 3 hours making a 5 hour journey last for 8 it came as a relief to arrive at Residome. The front desk team whilst busy dealing with some demanding guests were quick to acknowledge us and check in was smooth and very quick.

We were then sent up to a great family room complete with Doyle bed, double sofa and single sofa bed all set up and the room still had an abundance of space.

From the balcony you could see the lights of Paris and I would definitely consider staying here as a cheaper alternative to central Paris on a future trip.

The pool was a great size and perfect for splashing around in to give the kids a chance to work out some of their energy after being cooped up in the car all day.

Located in primarily a high tech area with few bars, restos, points of interest, etc. So, just work. Been to this area many times, but stayed in Paris and took the RER B for work. This time my daughter had a track & field meet in Anthony and the family wanted something close by. Our first choice (if one must stay in this sterile area) was the Mecure, but it was full. So the company we visited arranged accommodations here as a second choice.

The staff were first rate. Very concerned about getting us what we wanted. Very polite and most spoke English. Rooms were very clean. Towels and linens were of a high standard. Toiletries very nice. Small flat screen TV with good French channels selection. English restricted to several news channels.

Small "kitchenette" with fridge, separate freezer, stove top and microwave. No oven, so skip frozen pizzas. Minimal plates and cutlery.

Beds were strange. A single room was a foldout sofa that seemed to be a permanent bed. But comfortable for a sleep sofa. Double room was the sleep sofa and a full size bed that could fold into the wall. Strange, but comfortable. Don't know why anyone would fold it into the wall, but you had the possibility to clear the room if you wanted to.

Lots of closet space. Small room safe. Bathroom had the basic stuff and was of ample size. Ample furniture. Light colored wood reminiscent of Scandinavian style.

Some criticized the breakfast, but found it to be very acceptable for what I wanted and better than most "free" breakfasts in the US. Choice of breads, cold meats and cheese, eggs, bacon and sausage. Juices and coffee/tea.

Negative points: Housekeeping didn't clear the kitchenette. Coffee cups were left dirty, Coffee packages not replaced. Cutlery left unwashed. Toiletries for the bathroom not replaced. No climate control in room - "not time for A/C" was the answer. Parking available, but for 12 euros a day. Free Wi-Fi (thank you), but very slow. Only one PC per room due to ID log-on, but easy to get around if you think about it.

Overall, a nice place if you must stay in Massy. If you are a long stay, it's better than a hotel room. Sort of a homer-away-from-home. Ability to cook and chill. You are most likely here for work, so spend you evenings getting ready for the next day.

A few restos: Le Cafe du Marche - good basic food well prepared. Family-run place where they care about you. Chinese resto on Ave Carnot across from the main train station. In a small strip mall type place, Good basic Chinese food.
