This restaurant was located very near our hotel, just a few minutes walk from the Esplanade de La Défense metro station.
My wife and I like Vietnamese food. Viet Quan was recommended by the reception staff at our hotel, with one person saying that it was as good as any in Paris.
The menu is quite varied. We had beef and chicken dishes the first visit, and shrimp and beef and vegetarian the second visit. For entree we sampled the nem and soumossa (not sure of my spelling...).
All was delicious. We had the good fortune to have a waitress that was also a university student, so we were able to ask about the menu in English.
A good experience!
