“Ibis Styles Roissy Paris CDG”

For an overnight hotel, there's nothing to complain about. Free shuttle bus to and from Terminal 2 CDG airport. Take the black-coloured bus that runs every 20 mins and make sure you ask for Ibis Styles (pronounced "stille"). To the airport, the shuttle bus is right in front of the hotel door and again, it runs every 20 mins. It was my first time booking through galahotels.com and I shall surely check their rates first for the best and cheapest deals available.

This was my first time in an airport hotel! I have been to a lot of hotels. This hotel was suburb! Way beyond my expectation of an airport hotel. It was emaculately clean. Very pleasant service at the reception. In the morning, the breakfast was fantastic, plenty of food, and very clean, good service from the workers, always a smile. Thank you making my last day stay in Paris France very memorable.

We wanted an affordable hotel close to the airport for one night. All we want from hotels is that they be clean, have enough room for us and our luggage, offer a good nights sleep and maybe breakfast. Having stayed in budget hotels all around the UK for the last three weeks this last stop in Paris seemed perfect, close to the airport, with a restaurant and bar, breakfast and neat little rooms.
First warning sign should have been that a hotel so far away from any other facilities doesn't have an ATM. When our taxi drivers managed to get lost twice on the way to the hotel thus making the bill more than what we had on us, we ran into the hotel to get more cash only to be told they didn't have the facilities for that!
Later that evening we went to the bar and tried to order from their page of cocktails but were told they had nothing left available - on a Saturday night!
Rocking up at 9pm after a full day of travel we didn't really think about the location of our room. This was our biggest mistake. Turns out our room was situated right next to the elevator and had a shoe buffer at the door (who the hell knows why?). All was fine until the wee hours of the morning when guests started returning from whatever rowdy events they had attended. They talked loudly at the elevator doors oblivious to the fact that other guests were trying to sleep just a mitre or two away. They even buffed their shoes! The elevator gears could be heard through our room walls every time it was used. It was a nightmare. All we wanted was a good nights sleep but that was not possible. Who puts guest rooms right next to an elevator?
Finally having enjoyed lovely budget hotel breakfasts for the last 3 weeks we went to have breakfast here and were offered the most measly boring breakfast ever.
The only bonus of staying here was the shuttle bus to the airport which they filled to the brim with passengers. Very disappointing…

Room Tip: Stay away from the elevators or any room that has a strange contraption out the front that may turn...

This is a no frills hotel close to the airport. It is convenient for late night arrivals into Paris and early departures from it. The room was clean and basic but you could sleep and wash in hot water. The towels were thin and small but at the price we paid you couldn't complain too much. We attempted to eat the breakfast but the cafeteria was crowded with children on vacation trips and lots of bus tour groups so we gave up. The excellent staff made this basic place bearable. If they had been uninterested or rude it would have been a hellish experience I think. The pick up by the shuttle bus was easy and being first on meant you got to load you luggage onto the bus easily and get a seat. Given how crowded the bus got at other stops this was a bonus.

An unexpected flight delay leading to a missed connection had me scrambling in the lounge at IAD to find a room for my unwanted 12 hour layover in Paris. Of the hotels in close proximity to CDG, Ibis had the best rate. It was easy to get to - just hop on the free CDGVAL train and it is marked on the station stops. When I got to the front desk I saw that they also had day room rates available (14 euro/hr with 2 hr minimum) but I had a cold and wanted to sleep and by my calculations the 90 euro/night room that I had booked was a better value given how long I wanted the room. One great advantage is that I could have easily switched to a day room if I had wanted - my reservation had free cancellation up to 5pm day of arrival.

The room was small but very clean. The bed was very comfortable. My only negative comment would be that the towels were a bit thin and I had to use both. Check in was very easy.

However, when I came down an hour after checking in, there was an extremely long line that was still there at 8pm when I checked out (I guess a bunch of flights landed at the same time?). There was no dedicated check out line and I had to talk the attendant at the Loyalty Members check in desk to let me check out with her rather than stand in line for 30 minutes.

My partner and I stayed here on the 9th of December.
We caught the metro to Charles De Gaulle Airport from Paris and then caught the free black shuttle bus to the hotel, which was easy to find and well signed. Ibis Styles is the first stop on the shuttle loop. When we first arrived we were disappointed to see our room did not have a bath as we had specifically requested one, however we went to reception and this was rectified immediately. The rooms were nice, and the bed was the most comfortable from our entire trip! We didn't try the restaurant, however the other facilities were excellent. Wifi was free and fast. Breakfast also free, limited selection (croissants, cheese, juice, coffee, spreads, bread, cereal etc) however not bad at all. Free tea and coffee between 10am-10pm in lobby.
The shuttle bus arrives every 20 minutes, we were informed that it cost €5 (to airport) however we were not charged on the bus.
We left our luggage in the free luggage storage after checkout and went to the restaurants in town. We would definitely recommend Ibis Styles Roissy and will be here again in the future.

This hotel is very close to the airport. I stayed there my last night in Paris , specifically because of it's location. The hotel was clean. The room was comfortable though not large. The hotel has wifi included in the cost of the room. A free breakfast is also included. I am not sure about lunch, but there is a dinner service and a bar, though I did not visit it. There is a free bus service to the airport Terminal 2 every twenty minutes in the morning, called "the black bus" from terminal two at the drop off there is a train every four minutes to transfer to terminal one if needed, which I did. I made leaving Paris much easier than coming in from city center for an early flight. I would stay here again.

Room Tip: I arrived after dark and left in the morning. There was a bit of noise that woke me up earlier than...
