If you're staying in one of the many hotels in Roissy before an early-morning flight out of CDG and you want a quick meal before turning in, take a five minute stroll across the small park (opposite the hotels) into Roissy village and hang a left on the main street running alongside the park. That's where you'll find "Aux Trois Gourmands", a pleasant little place that's not too crowded, serves simple, straightforward, non-fancy but very tasty dishes at around 10-15 Euro. Try one of the "Gallettes", which are exactly what is described on the French/English menu (eg. egg and fries) but served in an open-faced, very light, thin, crepe-like waffle. And weird as it may sound, try a glass of the house red with it, too; not bad at all. Oh, and the service is quick and friendly.

I have been eating here for over 13 years and still fantastic value. Staff are friendly and service good. Prices are sensible for a restaurant in an 'airport hotel village'.

Thank Tom S

I'll admit we are not gourmets but this was a treat. We are 2 couples who were spending the night in Roissy (also a pleasant surprise) awaiting the arrival of another couple from the States prior to heading into Paris. We assumed we would have to settle for expensive, nondescript hotel fare but were pleasantly surprised in discovering this local treat. I admit we may not have the most sophisticated palates but we do enjoy eating where the locals do when traveling abroad. None of us had ever eaten galettes (savory crepes). The buckwheat based ones at this establishment were very tasty. We shared seafood, ratatouille and ham versions. They were all great and I was delighted to try ratatouille which was a new experience. We also sampled the local hard cider for the first time. Everything was an experience and that is what travel should be. The lovely lady who waited on us spoke little English but tried her best and was very tolerant of our pitiful French. We tried to eat here again the following weekend before leaving Paris but were disappointed when they had to turn us away due to capacity. If ever staying by CDG again, we will definitely try to eat here.

We were fed up of the poor food at our airport hotel (Ibis Roissy-Pole) . We found this through Trip Advisor. What a find. Simple local Creperie with a village restaurant feel. Was pretty busy so we booked for a party of 6 on a wet night. There was a good choice of both galettes and crepes. Service was pretty quick and the food was great. Do not expect haute cuisine it is simple food well cooked. Great value two courses each with wine for just under €20 each. As we meet regularly at CDG. We will be back!

My boyfriend and I ventured away from our hotel and found this pleasant little restutaunt. It first pushed our comfort zone when we walked and no one spoke a lick of English. The waitress sat us down and happily listened to our broken French. The food and atmosphere was great and when the check came- even better. I had the four cheese salad (superb) and he, the steak (a little chewy) but it only took us researching after that two pages on the menu (dinner crepes) were the way to go. We made certain to end the night with a tourched crepe (lit on fire in front of us).

Highly recommend to adventurous crowd not looking to pay high price for hotel food and looking for authentic!
