All the ground floor (reception, restaurant etc) deserves a higher rating. Rooms though are showing the signs of time, and are definitely ready for a refurbishment. Nice Irish Pub on the ground floor.
Also nice the shuttle to terminal 2 that leaves every 20 minutes.

This hotel is shocking.
Uncomfortable beds, stuffy and dusty room, windows that can't be closed (on a ground level) without calling maintenance.

This place is a shocker and we can't believe we didn't look at trip advisor before giving the OK to our travel agent to book it. I thought a 4.5 star hotel would not require such research being close to the airport.

There are so many other choices near by the airport such as best western or novatel, we are so annoyed we didn't check first.

I wish we could give this place 0 ratings, as 1's are far to generous.

I stayed at this hotel on November 11 2013, booked online for 1 night, booked last minute, since the price was good and I would stay very little, just few hours before my next flight, I've decided to take a chance.

Arrived late night, the people at the reception were somewhat helpful and within minutes
I was in my room.

The pictures on websites don't speak the truth. The hotel is run down, bad smelling,
out of date decor.

The room was a good size, but smelled funky.
There was hair though the entire bathroom.
The positives points were the bed, very comfortable and clean and the WiFi connection.

Very few choices of channels on tv, which was ok for me, didn't really have time to watch it.

I went to grab a snack at the pub in the hotel and my burgher came with a hair on it...
The pub itself looks dirty, stinky.

When I went to check out in the morning, the receptionist was not very helpful and unaware of the hotel business.

The breakfast was suppose to be a hot buffet but only few choices of fruits and some croissants available.

The overall experience was bad and as a travel industry's worker, I'd never send any of my clients there.

I've just read the reviews on this place & I feel so sorry for the people who's spent €200 a night :-(

I've paid about €65, ok the place is a bit run down but you can see it's been a lovely place some time ago, yes the rooms could be looked after so much better!

My problem starts & ends with the hapless resturant! For god's sake where the hell did they get the staff from, they simply refuse to look after you! you end up going over to them as they'll just leave you, it's crazy! I actually told one of them I thought you'd all died or something!

The food was cold and over cooked, everything was an effort for them, they have lot's of bread on show but why when they don't want to bring you any? I've no idea who manages them but I'd give it up, try something else as it's an embarrassment for sure!

I had to ask for the desert menu, but I decided against ordering anything as I'd of probably died by the time they'd of served it.

I've got breakfast to come yet but I'm not expecting much now! maybe the orange juice will be ok? Surely they can't mess that up :-(

On balance book early if you need to stay here & forget anything to eat!

This place should be demolished. One of the scariest, dirtiest hotels I have ever seen. We had to change rooms three times before we finally found a room with a window that opened. There was mold in all the showers, including along the bottom of the shower curtain. The carpets smelled of vomit. The furniture was stained particle board falling away from its hinges. The HVAC didn't work at all. The restaurant food was all canned and the service was horrible. We bought a package deal months in advance of our stay. By the time we were warned of the dilapidation of this place, it was too late to cancel. I feel like I've been scammed. Save yourself some money and nightmares.

Room Tip: No good rooms. We were sent to three different floors. Even the hallways were shabby with missing...

I'm at a loss as to why this a 4 star hotel particularly.

The hotel is big and VERY tired, the rooms needs a bit more lightening. The girls at the reception are very nice and willing to help. A bit of renovation would help improve the image of this hotel. If you're planning on using the hotel gym - make sure you have taken out some comprehensive insurance first as you're likely to get hurt there (with the state of the equipment they have - rust and all). The hotel at best is a 3 star hotel.

The Irish Pub is a poor representation of what a pub, drinking establishment or anything Irish is. We were here over St Patrick's day and there was no atmosphere whatsoever. The food at the pub was a sham, an utter waste of money and a massive disappointment. I had the french onion soup (which one would expect is a classic in FRANCE) but no - it was a gloppy messy bowl of filth - definitely not recommended in the slightest.

The hotel provide a complementary shuttle to the centre of Paris which is good - however if you're visiting Paris (you shouldn't even consider staying here as it's literally in the middle of no where). Roissy en france a little village surrounded with tons of other hotels, a bakery and a few places. Contrary to the Paris CDG name - it's not close to the airport either - it's a good 15/20 minute drive away. It's very far and expensive to get to centre of Paris. The hotel is only good for a night's rest if you have an early flight as they have a regular airport shuttle (and it's evident as you have a lot of flight attendants and crew staying over).

I wouldn't advice or recommend anyone to lodge here if your sole intention of visiting is to explore Paris as you would spend so much time commuting and that's not an ideal way to spend time away.

1 night stay for a business trip before I move on somewhere else, thank goodness for that. First impressions ok. One person manning reception and taking all calls led to delays. Room was decent size. No shower ...... How can this be in a business hotel? Towels very small, more or less a little bigger than a hand towel. Room service extra 5 euro for drinks and food. Linens were clean and tidy. Pillows appalling, flat and lifeless, I managed to find a 3rd in the cupboard. Furniture is very dated and untidy. Bathroom grout is black in places, plug hole in bath did not work. Water lovely and hot though. Think this must be the only airport hotel I have stayed at with poor double glazing, the noise from the aircraft was very loud. £200 euros, not worth it, maybe £100 given the location. Needs to improve quickly.

Room Tip: Look at other hotels and trust the trip advisor rating on this one!
