Our room, standard, #228 was very nice, clean, with a view of the pool and the mountains. The whole place appears very clean. Our bath was small but clean. No mini fridge. The pool is very nice, big, with plenty of lounging chaises. Nice terrace too by the pool. Some rooms have views of the sea. Staff efficient and friendly and English speaking... Breakfast buffet served in a very charming and large room was excellent. At last a place that gives you the option of having a quick simple breakfast for 3.80 euros (croissants bad coffee at will).. You could also opt for a larger offering at 5.50 euros or the full 15.50 buffet. Could not have asked for a more pleasant experience on this sea side town.

We stayed during a short overnight trip from Spain to France. It was the off-season, so the numerous amusement parks, arcades, etc weren't open yet & things were pretty quiet overall. But it made for a darling, sleepy visit to the coast for us.
The hotel was friendly & welcoming, we were shown to our room which had a balcony facing the beach. It was fantastic, except when the sun started shining brightly into our room the next morning-- some heavier curtains or blinds would have been nice. We selected the 6E50 breakfast option, which seemed a bit pricey for two pieces of bread, a coffee & a very tiny juice. We tried once to get on the free wifi but no luck.
Overall it was a charming hotel with plenty of amenities & a friendly, helpful staff.

This Hotel is very friendly so not too big, we stayed on the off chance while driving through France supposed to be for three days ended staying for six ,
Breakfast was very nice always find plenty to eat, loads of good restaurants within walking distance, although beware of bar restaurant over the road, good for cocktails but charged us 60 euro for large prawn dish which we thought was a bit much.
Great Room overlooking pool and Mountains we thought better as quiet.
Great Car park which is quite rare for this location,

Room Tip: Just a matter of wether you prefer sea view or pool mountain both nice, but mountain side quieter.

This was a stopover and we booked a standard room. Small but comfortable with a view over the swimming pool. If I was staying longer I would go for a sea view balcony. Good air con, and a comfortable bed. Staff very friendly and helpful. We were very pleased. The icing was e 12 Euro breakfast that had everything and we left very full!

I would definitely stay again.

Room Tip: A sea view with balcony is worth the extra cost.

Stayed as a young couple for 5 days at the end of July. It was great for what we wanted, we have no complaints at all. Our room was on the 2nd floor and over looked the pool, you could see the mountains to your left so a beautiful view. It was a huge room, not really modern but can tell it has been done up recently so looked smart. The bathroom was really nice with towels. Air Con was brilliant with the heat and the room was really clean. There were shutters on the window which are great if you want to catch up on sleep. We got breakfast included because we stayed for longer than 2/3 days, there was loads to choose from. The staff were really nice and really friendly and very patient with our French. The pool is very tidy and clean and modern. it didnt even get full so very peaceful. It is right next to the beach which is perfect. And far enough way from the livelier/tacky part of Argeles. If you come out of the hotel and walk right - all the way down the path that runs next to the beach for about 15/20 mins you come to the Harbour which has tonnes of great restaurants. Lots of choice, we recommend the muscles. we ate here every night it is MUCH better than the 'livelier' part of Argeles. Also do the day trip to Collioure which runs from the harbour it is beautiful. Its a great hotel had everything we wanted. ( oh ps. Don't get a taxi from Perpignan airport it cost us 90 euros for a 25 min journey.)

Room Tip: Our room was the second from the bottom on the price scale - can't remember exactly what the web...

Classy hotel considering its three star rating. The location is slightly away from the centre of Argeles Plage which is a good thing given the crowded and rather honky tonk nature of the resort. Staff are polite and very helpful. Our room was spotless and had a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The price included free car parking. Breakfast however was extra, a rather steep €12 per person for the buffet. Overall though we were very happy with our stay here.

L'hotel Plage des Pins satisfied our desire to have an ocean view away from most of the hurly-burly of Argelés-sur-Mer. The dedicated parking at no charge is a nice feature, especially in high season, as is the air conditioning. The room was very clean, with a generous allotment of towels refreshed daily. Only two minor complaints - 1) the room (334) had a strong smell of carpet shampoo or something, which reminded me of how hotels bomb a room that someone has smoked in when they shouldn't have. We spent 4 days and never managed to lose that smell. 2) Wi-fi only works on the first floor, and erratically at that. Otherwise we had a great stay. The staff was very welcoming and patient with my bad French. Tip: get your beach time at Argelés-sur-Mer, but go to dinner/drinks in Collioure down the road 15 minutes, which is a much more charming town than the Coney-Island-style A-sur-Mer.

Room Tip: Our ocean-facing room had nice mechanical store-front type blinds that kept the morning sun out but...
