We ate here mid-week to start with and all went well. On leaving, we noticed that on Saturday evenings, there would be a singer and pole dancer which we thought would be fun. On the Saturday though, the waiter kept bumping into things, forgot what we had ordered, and bought us the wrong dishes.
We noticed straight away that the portions were much smaller than during the week.(we had the same choices as before) obviously to
subsidise the entertainment.
The "singer" appeared to mime to recorded cds playing beside him and the dancer did the same old routine but with different costumes. The volume was increased during the evening to a pitch where we finally had to abandon our meal as it was unbearable to remain inside.
If you arrive by car, you will have to park at a visitors car park some way away which can be very busy.
If you think you would like a window seat, all you will see is the back of the shrubs that have been allowed to grow unchecked. Occasionally, there might be a gap through which you might catch a glimpse of folk walking by.
The Oz'inn needs to stop believing it's own publicity and getting itself back into the real world and make sure the customer is happy, and is getting value for money. I cannot recommend this restaurant at weekends. If you think about using this place as a hotel, they have a roof terrace which pumps out very loud and awful "music" and can be heard late at night.

Room Tip: I've not stayed, but I wouldn't anyway because of the roof "disco-terrace"

This is an appalling hotel. The staff are rude and hostile, the receptionist during our stay was, charitably, dim-witted. The room was not the class of room we booked, the wi-fi internet was unavailable, the room was noisy and the bathroom arrangements are interesting, even by French standards. Given that one of the two of us speaks fluent French, and I speak it passably, there can be no suggestion whatever of any kind of misunderstanding - the service (for the want of a better word) here is just dire.
Stay well clear of this awful hotel. The Hotel Eve offers a much nicer welcome, and they have villa units to rent out as well. Far better value for money with staff who care.

Room Tip: Don't book here!!

Everything regarding the hotel is fulfilled by exciting expectations. The hotel is new, an interesting architecture that creates a positive athmosphere. Unfortunately that vanishes quickly. The reception is not only arrogant, it is almost hostile. Flexibility and service is clearly not a priority. The de luxe room did not have a single drawer or shelf for any clothes. Thus the room is very small and really difficult to live in for 10 days. The radiator in the shower corner did not function when we arrived and did not function when we left. The staff was not able to do anything. Even worse was that the toilet flooded from the room above! The staff was unable to do anything. The staff speaks only french and actually do not even understand english enough to serve. Some staff was clearly not up to date with their job. We want to warn everybody from a big disappointment as the hotel is most expensive and not good value for money. We have visited the hotel for four years and in the beginning we thought that we would get used with the bad service. Unfortunately we did not.

Once again i,m back to cap d'agde. The hotel renewed the jacuzzi in a luxury and gorgeous way. More space. Service is assured this year 7/7 on the roof top with a charming waiter. Even if a lot of new faces are on the restaurant quality and service is on the top. Just to signal a disfonction with hot water on the room, solved the same afternoon by the manager. This hotel, really special and the only on its type is getting adult and performing better season after season.

We stayed for four nights at the Oz Inn at the end of May. The weather was mostly sunny, in the mid twenties with a slight breeze, making it perfect for sunbathing.

The taxi from Montpellier airport to the Oz Inn cost €130. On arrival at the Oz Inn we were pleasantly surprised. Everything was immaculately clean and well presented. A glass cabinet in the foyer, had an assortment of luxury sex toys on sale, which set the tone of the place very well!

The staff, were helpful and friendly. The bedrooms, modern and comfortable with great shower facilities. There's a large flat screen tv in the rooms with a couple of English speaking channels. The free internet facility is available throughout the hotel, although my device didn't like it much! The large heated jacuzzi, bar and sun lounge area on the roof terrace is gorgeous, with a chilled-out Ibiza vibe. It takes about five minutes to walk to the sandy beach, which is relatively un-commercialised and peaceful. No one bothers you touting fake sunglasses or other wares. Activity of an adult and impromptu nature has been known to take place discreetly in the dunes.

If people-watching in the evenings is your thing, then your fellow visitors will not fail to disappoint. Being a naturist resort, this place is not for the narrow minded and in the daytime you are expected to be naked. But come early evening onwards, women of all ages and sizes can be seen tottering around the streets in six inch heeled platform soled thigh boots and very risqué Lycra gear, even though their menfolk often tend to dress more normally. This spectacle happens more predominantly at weekends. Forgotten to pack your spiked dog collar, leather bull whip or nippleless PVC bra? Never fear, because there are plenty of alternative wear shops here, catering for your every kinky need. Suffice to say, no one coming to Cap D'Agde could ever ponder their packed suitcase and think "Oh, I can't take that, it's simply too outrageous!!"

Within five minutes walking distance of the the hotel are restaurants, pizzerias, bars, nightclubs, couples clubs, fetish clubs, massage parlours, saunas, supermarkets, shops, hairdressers, banks etc. The hotel itself has a spa, which offers various massage and beauty treatments at fairly reasonable cost. In the evening, Melrose is a popular nearby couples bar which gets busy around midnight, and where sexily dressed lady visitors are not discouraged from letting their hair down, stripping and dancing on the tables.

For nudists, fetishists, exhibitionists, and swingers the resort has a casual, anything-goes atmosphere. This was our first visit and we found the over-thirty-five-year-old-crowd friendly and cosmopolitan. Being a gated community ( it costs €12 to get in) it felt safe and free from the lager lout tourist element. Please note that (in my opinion at least) this is not somewhere ideally suited to children.

In summary, I would urge you to visit this place with your partner (even if it's only once), and this hotel in particular. Just wear a smile and some sun cream, leave convention at the gate and you'll be 'bound' to have a good time !

After reading the reviews here we were apprehensive about our trip to Oz Inn but were pleasantly surprised.
Check in - we had an early flight from the UK and arrived late morning. Our room wasn't ready but we had only an hour to wait. The reception staff were welcoming, efficient and charming.
Room - by far the best accommodation in Cap D'Agde naturist village. We had a Luxe Chambre; large comfortable bed, fresh sheets and towels daily with beach towels also. Walk in wet room with large shower. Balcony with sun beds and two comfortable chairs. (Note the hotel sits adjacent to a roundabout and most rooms with balconies with have road noise but it's not excessive.) Small walk in wardrobe with safe, enough for our needs although perhaps some drawer space would be a nice to have. Nice dressing table for all the bits and pieces we seem to travel with these days and a clever sliding mirror suspended from the ceiling to roll across and hide the mini-bar. Soft lighting with two reading lights; two soft pouffes and two bedside tables. Ipod dock - a must we feel these days but often mising. All in all a really nice room with a soft sexy feel. The landing had subtle lighting and the whole place has a very 'solid' and sexy feel to it.
The roof top bar and jacuzzi had not been commissioned for the new season when we were there but we have enjoyed a drink here in high season; it's a lovely place to take in the sights and enjoy the views and last of the evening sun..
The reception area was nice and the bar very pleasant to enjoy an evening drink. We didn't eat at the hotel simply because we like to enjoy the bars in the village but the breakfast buffet looked great. The bar staff were delightful, charming and engaging..
Ultimate test, would we go back? Absolutely, we certainly will, hopefully soon!

Room Tip: We had a Luxe room but all the rooms looked nice from what we could see.

Impecable. Within a chic hotel, the setup for the new year evening was sparkling. All the staff involved to give us a lovely and luxury dinner. A couple of musiciens and dj put the musical touch at the "soiree" . Faithfull guest at the Oz inn Hotel i've seen the evolution of guest services.
All my compliments to M. Xavier and all the staff. When you see the guest at the check out to kiss on the cheek the servers... That minds the job is well done. My and my cherie we will be back currently may to enjoy the brand new jacuzzi that has to be done. Bravo a nouveau a touts les employes. J.A.C
