On our way to Marseille we booked this hotel for an overnight stop. They had a restaurant attached- Restaurant l'Ardoise which served good food of a wide variety but a little bit average.
Rooms were adequate and clean but a little small. There was also a terrace of an evening drink or even a meal. Millau is a medium town for exploring with great views of the Millau Bridge.
All around is stunning scenery.
