Another difficult car park. Watch out for the charges if staying more than a couple of nights. The reception did not tell us there was a cheaper tariff. Hotel well up to HE standards but very busy Staff helpful Food not as good as Amiens but acceptable All in all a pleasant experience & we were there for five nights
Sound proofing not too good

We were very impressed with the hotel. It was clean and bright and the reception staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It is situated just a few minutes walk away from the main two squares in the town and was easy enough to find with our Sat Nav.
Our room was a good size and very clean with good lighting, a large mirror and a hair dryer which is important if you are a female who is fed up with being crammed in a tiny hot bathroom to dry your hair in the only well lit room in most other hotels! The room was also equipped with tea and coffee making facilities and a large flat screen T.V. The hotel provides soap and body wash/shampoo in large dispensers fixed to the bathroom wall which is better than those tiny complimentary bottles you get in other hotels.
There was a nice bar in the reception area where we had two glasses of Champagne which we felt was very reasonable at €6.50 a glass and the service was very pleasant. There is a small terrace if you wish to take your drink outside.
Continental breakfast was included in the price and was very good. There was a good choice which was excellent quality. There was even a juicer and a bowl of oranges should you wish to make your own fresh juice and hot water to boil your own eggs. The pastries were plentiful and lovely and fresh.
I would recommend this hotel and a visit to Arras as both were really lovely. A good base for touring the local WW1 battlefields and memorials and a very nice town to visit in it's own right.

We stay here on our way to the South of France or Italy so as to get a full day's driving and this is our third stay. Modern it may be but its only a short walk from the attractive city centre and some very good restaurants. Nice clean rooms with super comfortable beds, friendly staff, a small bar downstairs and excellent breakfasts (included in the room rate). Not much else one can ask for frankly!

Very nice stay very clean hotel , rooms comfortable, my only critisism is that you couldnt open the bedroom window for "safety reasons" and it was too hot and stuffy so the aircon had to be on which wasnt ideal for a good nights sleep with the fan going all night

Travelling to the Euro tunnel we used this hotel as a one night stop over and were pleasantly surprised. Although the hotel is quite difficult to find, a satnav helps significantly, also parking could be tricky too. Luckily we managed to get a place on the road outdside the hotel for free, otherwise it would be approx €15 a night in the public underground car park, very close to the hotel. On arrival we were greeted by an extremely helpful member of staff, who whent out of his way to recommend restaurants, give us vouchers to eat cheaper etc. GREAT. As stated the hotel was all you would expect from a standard Holiday Inn, clean, comfortable and good value. However the best feature of the hotel in our vies was it's central location in Arras, which we only saw in the dark and the rain(!!!!) but it look well worth further investigation in the sun!!!!
The breakfast was included in the price, we didn't expect too much, but it was a more than adequate self-service buffet style breakfast, as much or little as you wanted.
We would definitely stay there again for longer to explore the area.

Easy to find and helpful staff who upgraded our family when the room was not ready when we arrived. Great breakfast and all in good value for money.
The train station is fairly close but didn't disturb our sleep once we had the windows open and aircon on. Car parking is pricey at 10EUR but offset by the value of the hotel.

We stayed in a family room en route to Calais from South of France. The room was very clean and tidy, the staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent. For a single night stay we had absolutely no complaints.

Room Tip: The hotel is close to the train station (as are many of the hotels) so ask for a room at the back of...
