Located just off the auto toll roundabout not sure where the direction signs were!
The room was average size but nice floor and bathroom with comfortable beds.. However the walls was a bit 90s!
Very disappointing bar.. Only one draft on tap 1664 you would think they would also have a local beer too and the bar doubles as a restaurant so you sit at a dinner table with your £5 pint! Bit strange.
Will come here again. Very friendly staff speak perfect English
A first-ever stay at an Ibis. Reasonable size room, and a pleasant surprise in that the bathroom was nicely equipped with Grohe taps ... all too often budget hotels show their worst side with shabby showers and cheap taps. The other nice surprise was a good breakfast for less than 10 Euro - French bread worthy of its name, pains au chocolat etc. One small quibble - the hotel is not legally in Cambrai as given on the Ibis website but in Fontaine Notre Dame, and there's a rue de Bapaume in each! Be sure to get the location right in your GPS. As another reviewer noted it is in fact just a few 100 metres from the autoroute toll both coming off the A2 toward Cambrai.
Ideal location for a stopover when travelling down the autoroute - through the toll booth, turn right and it's there!. Quiet location with comfortable rooms and good restaurant. Will certainly use this again.
