“A place like home”
Reviewed 31 October 2016 for a stay in October 2016

The owners are very welcoming, hospitable and helpful for all the information u want to know about the area.We really felt at home cos the place is very comfortable, clean and relaxing. The place is not far from the Mont.If you fancy going on a bike with friends or families, you can rent it from them in very reasonable price.Jacquie and Jim prepares a lovely breakfast too.My daughter really enjoyed it especially playing with Koda, their dog.My husband and our friend love there as well cos it is handy for them for the drinks.( beer to specify it)hahhaa. They can just open the fridge and grabbed a drink anytime of the day they want but obcourse u have to pay for it.hehehe.But you have nothing to worry as it is in reasonable price too.We also love the sheep that passed by in front of the house every morning and evening. My husband even tried to be a sheep herder.hehehe.
All in all I would highly recommend this place and definitely will be coming back again.I assure you that you won't regret staying in this place.

“Really Loved Our Stay Here”

We really enjoyed our stay here...Our hosts were truly friendly and accommodating. Loved the accommodations... the beds were nice, the rooms a good size, new bathrooms... and had a great breakfast.

The place is in close proximity to Mont St, Michel...there is also a (not well known) German War cemetery close by which was interesting to go to.. we loved the daily walking of the sheep...out in the morning ...in later in the day.

“Love, love, love this place!”
Reviewed 24 June 2016 for a stay in April 2016

This was our favorite place to stay during our two week trip to France! The accommodations are wonderful. Good size bedrooms and bathrooms and the common areas are nicely furnished. Jacqueline served us a delightful home cooked meal Friday night and a good breakfast to send us on our way the next morning. The highlight,of course, was herding the sheep across the road in the evening. Thank you, Jacqueline and James for a very pleasant stay. Wish we could do it again, only longer.

“Felt like family”
Reviewed 22 June 2016 for a stay in June 2016

Jacqueline is a wonderful hostess. She offered coffee and tea when we arrived, and showed us her garden. Wish we could go back in a month to see all her fruit. She gave recommendations for dinner. We had a wonderful surprise with the sheep crossing the road. Rooms and baths were large and spacious. We had 5 traveling in our group and had the whole place to ourselves. We wished we had booked a second night here. Great breakfast to send us on our way. If you have special diet needs, I would talk to Jacqueline before hand. She seems very accommodating and wiling to feed you a breakfast you will be able to eat.

“Wonderful B & B in a beautiful Normandy setting.”
Reviewed 16 June 2016 for a stay in May 2016

The owner was as friendly and accommodating as can be. The property is a beautifully remodeled 19th century stone barn structure. The owners live on one side in a separate unit and the B &B itself comprises the other half of the conversion including two bedrooms, each with full bathroom facilities en suite upstairs and a kitchen, dining area and lounge area downstairs. It was perfect for us and less than ten minutes from the main parking lot for the Mont Ste. Michel shuttles. We thoroughly enjoyed every part of our stay and would re-book here in a heartbeat.

Liked best: Friendliness and willingness of the owners to make us comfortable and ensure we had a good visit.
Liked least: Nothing to dislike. The location is a little difficult to find at first because the building is somewhat obscured from the main highway, but this is not really a problem.

“Wonderful Stay”
Reviewed 6 June 2016 for a stay in May 2016

We had a wonderful stay at this Bed and Breakfast near Mont St Michel. The owners, Jacquie and Jim, are a joy, fun and knowledgeable to talk to. The room, bathroom and common areas are all nice and as pictured. I would not hesitate to recommend and will come back. Thank you Jacquie and Jim for a wonderful stay and experience at Mont St Michel!

“Wonderful experience”
Reviewed 23 May 2016 for a stay in May 2016

The hosts and the property are equally warm and inviting. The property is well located for visiting the area. The dinner purchased was one of the best.

The only downside for me was the stairs to the bedrooms and the inability to use the kitchen facilities on our own. There was a washer, but no dryer.

We were pleased you enjoyed your stay, we operate as a B&B, and are fully licensed for meals, which is why cooking facilitys are not available,
it would be chaos , if we allowed guests to cook, we are as eco friendly as possible, which is why we line dry, the washer is available for a small fee, NOT at most other bnb, but staying only 1 night, is not enough time for drying,
