“4 days in the Family Suite”
Reviewed 23 July 2014

We booked this hotel for its location near to the seafront and not too near for it to be noisy, and I must say it was the perfect location. We thought that after staying in out of town holiday rentals we'd try a 3 star hotel. The Hotel Robinson (part of the Logis Group) is superb and has a great restaurant. The staff are very friendly, helpful and smile a lot! Nice to see.
The family room was big and clean and the staff flexible about cleaning times if we lied in! The swimming pool was a bonus. We stayed in June and the rates we got great value for the experience. Bravo!

I would recommend this hotel to anyone - enjoy!

We stayed here for one week . The room in Le Vaisseau was spacious clean with air con. It had a nice balcony with a table and chairs. The restaurant was first class and reasonably priced. Location was great with only a ten minute walk to the town, beach, bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for two nights at the end of October. The room and shower room were modern, spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. We had a little veranda with table and chairs. Wardrobe space was very good and suitable for a longer stay. The staff were excellent at every turn. There is a comfortable bar and a first class restaurant. There is a heated indoor pool open from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. We ate in the restaurant both nights and enjoyed what was first rate food and presentation. It caters both for fish lovers and for those who can't do without their steaks! We opted for sole, pan fried one night and St. Jacques kebabs on another. It was possible to choose from a variety of reasonably priced menus starting at €17.50 or from an a la carte menu. Children were also catered for. Parking was at the front of the hotel or garaging could be requested at an extra charge. It would have been possible to walk to the promenade in about 15 minutes. Just a great hotel as others have said!

Room Tip: We were second floor to the side and behind main reception. It meant leaving the main building for a...

I have reviewed the restaurant before and this is the first time have reviewed the Hotel.I had always hoped that it would live up to my expectations, I should'nt have worried the rooms are comfortably appointed and the hotel is actually a campus with several blocks within the property so it feels biggar than it is.
All I can say is the Hotel matches the food Excellent!

Was staying in the area and ths restaurant was recommended to us as a pace to celebrate our son's 18th birthday. Four of us (including a 12 yer old) enjoyed fabulous service and an excellent meal. The choices were varied and the prices good for the standard of food. I would highly recommend le Robinson for a special meal during anyone's stay in the area.

Used this for a cycling holiday but we often camp in the area so know the area very well. The restaurant is not cheap but the quality of the food is very very good. Seafood platter was amazing. The rooms are tidy and well laid out. Spacious enough and the hotel is very clean. Some people have commented that the hotel at times is "not very helpful" and I would say yes maybe but only in that typical french shoulder shrugging way. Nothing to offend. Its a lovely hotel and perfectly placed to explore to gorgeous beaches towards the south ( upto les salins ). [ avoid the main beach, just walk 20 minutes south along it to the quieter end, oh, and we sometimes use the nudist beach at les salins and needless to say that stretch is the quietist ! ]

Room Tip: avoid ground level if possible facing the front car park.

Rooms are very plain and simple but spotlessly clean. Staff were as helpful as in prior visits. The dining room has been refurbished and has a much more contemporary feel. A good value hotel in a good location.

Room Tip: Ask for a room to the rear of the hotel. There is some traffic noise at the front although it's...
