Comfy beds and very helpful staff. You struggle to park outside the door. Car park is underground and is very tight if you have a large car. No lift from car park and is up 3 flights. They suggest checking in with your bags and then going to park the car but that only works if you can get out side. Room was small but clean and they let you take beer purchased in the bar back to your room. As an aside Amiens is a beautiful city and would recommend a visit especially to the bar/restaurant Retroviseur.

Pretty tired building and public areas, nice restaurant for breakfast and the bedrooms are adequate, comfortable and clean. There is an underground car park.

The hotel is located about 5 minutes’ walk from the Town Hall, 10 minutes from the Cathedral and maybe 15 from the river and all those lovely restaurants.

For the price it is great value in in a good location for the town centre.

Good location, very comfy beds, rather small bedrooms. Very helpful staff. Very interesting city, far more to see than just the Cathedral (which is amazing). I would recommend this hotel..............

The few times we stayed before at an Ibis Hotel we found it correct, not this time!

The disappointment started with the arrival: a shabby outside surrounded by cheap shops. The whole interior of the hotel looks tired.
Our room was very small. Between the foot of the bed and the wall there was less than a meter space. The bed was also small and not very comfortable. While outside the nights were cool, the room was unbearable hot and the AC noisy. The thin walls allowed us to hear all that happened in the neighboring rooms.
The bathroom with shower was just OK but we received only for each person one thin towel.

The breakfast was a pure joke! When we arrived there were no more knifes and spoons and no napkins. The bread and fruit salad were finished. Only a few pieces of jam, cheese etc were left. One person was constantly running around to add a few things here and there but never enough for the amount of people that came for breakfast. Apparently the knifes had to be washed every time a few persons finished their meal. We had to queue at least five minutes to get to the coffee machine. The same scenario was repeated next morning.

The only positive point was the friendly and helpful people at the reception.

This hotel is far overpriced and does barely surpasses the level of an „Etap hotel”.

A fairly typical Ibis but the rooms are a bit on the small side although recently refurbished.
Has underground carpark that you can get into before checking in but it is three floors down and the stairs are a bit steep better to park outside and drop off your luggage first if you are a bit fragile.
Very close to everything get a map from reception and you will be able to find your way around very easily.
Breakfast is good and the restaurant has a bit more atmosphere than usual for an Ibis.
Staff very good and speak good English.
A very good overnight stopping place.

it is clean and better furnished than other IBIS Hotels we have tried during our trip, rooms are in any case small and it is difficult to fit 2 full size luggages. we nevertheless enjoy our stay and the reception folks had a very warm smile and were helpful
