As we travel by car, we are generally looking for a comfortable place to stay where car parking is not an issue. Being on the out-skirts of Amiens Centre (about 5 km) this was a perfect choice as it was close to facilities (shops etc.). Whilst the property perhaps is nearing a paint and revamp of furnishings (all accomodations places reach this stage at some point in time), it is still very comfortable and the service is good. We would certainly stay at here again. Value for money is good.

The staff are great but the rooms are poor. The retausrant menu is very limited and the quality of the food was also not great. The room was small with no wardrobe and I don't think that the carpet has ever been cleaned. There was only a "sit in" bath with shower head that you needed to hold in one hand. A stale, musty, dirty smell filled the room. I was looking for somewhere to book 100+ room nights; It wont be here!

Stayed for one night..thank goodness only one night. A very run down and old property situated in an Industrial area on the edge of Amiens. Got there expecting to eat there but restaurant closed. Room was really horrible with dirty red carpet with huge stains on it which was very off outting. Bathroom was none too clean. In the morning could get no hot water for a shower! The breakfast was ok. If you want a really budget hotel go for it, but otherwise give this hotel a big miss.

If you're looking for a reasonably priced bed, then this will do. The Kyriad chain are in the same group as Campanile, so you get a kettle, but they are looking dated. Maybe not as tatty as their lower priced sister hotels in the Campanile side, but still a little cramped (as there were 3 of us) & old looking compared to a few of the newer chains. But, we booked early, paid 61 euro for 3 beds for a night & had a nice brew, so not too bad overall.

We recently stayed at the Kyriad at Le Mans so we were expecting the same service and level of accommodation here but we were very disappointed!!! The reception staff were lovely, but the room was very tired, smelt damp, had large stains on the carpet, didn't have an opening window, didn't have a kettle, had a hard mattress and lumpy pillows. The room was cleanish but there was a thick layer of black mould around the bath. The restaurant is closed at weekends.
Basically until it has a make over I would not recommend it.

It is rather a typical hotel of this chain. Situated close to a motorway and in the same time well connected to the city center (buses frequently going from Centre Commercial Nord to the center, the stop is just several hundred meters from the hotel). Large parking just near the hotel, in front of the windows. Friendly staff. Upon arrival we insisted to have a room on the ground floor (foot injury of one of us), so perhaps that's why we happened to get a triple room instead of the double room. The room was apparently of a size of a double room with the 3rd bed squeezed in. But, as I say, it might be that we got that one because the staff wanted us to get one on ground floor.
There was no plug in the bathtub.
The whole hotel looks a bit as if it needed refreshment, for example carpets should be exchanged.
However the linen and towels are OK and it is all very clean.
There is free WiFi in the room and it worked well.

As a large group of cyclists we arrived at the hotel at 5pm, hopefully looking for some refreshmentt at 5pm in the afternoon. The hotel staff were unwilling to open the bar until the allotted 7pm time. Between 5pm and 7pm we spent a good many euros so you'd think the hotel would have been appreciative.

On checking in, they insisted that only one key card would be issued per room, when a large number were hsaring twin rooms. Why they could not issued a card each is a mystery.

During dinner the service was poor and the staff seemed disinterested.

In the moring they removed the water butt from the water cooler, meaning no water available to fill cycle bottles for the day ahead.

My room was awful. There was no shower riser to hold the shower head.

Generally a pretty awful and shoddy place with shoddy staff.

Room Tip: Do not choose this hotel at all!
