Just got back from Holiday inn Calais and what a pleasure to arrive there after a long journey from St Malo !
The room was a suite on the 2nd floor...nice and large with big sitting area and a great big comfy and squishy queen size bed with a choice of pillows. Big flat screen TV which pivots so you can watch in bed or sitting room. Nice modern bathroom with all amenities...all immaculately clean. Best of all the staff are so nice and friendly and helpful...a special mention for Aline, she is so friendly and sweet, a credit to the hotel. A good place to stay for catching the ferry as it is so close and you can watch the boats from the window. Also the area has quite a lot of restaurants and a minimarket in the little square behind the hotel...not a bad area at all.More
