“Convenient with parking”
Reviewed 14 July 2014

We chose this hotel as it is right on the water front and there is limited parking available so book ahead. Our room was clean and large enough with good though not exceptional bathroom facilities. There is no lift however we just took what we needed to the room for a one night stay. We had to leave the car key at reception however no issue getting it as needed. There is 24/7 reception and the service was good. Wifi was fine. Breakfast is extra however we chose to eat out at one of many restaurants along the water front. It was a little noisy being so close to the water front and being above a bar but this quietened down by 11.30 pm and presented no real issue to us. On request the receptionist kindly made us a cup of tea. There is no bar but plenty of handy outlets nearby.

The hotel's greatest asset is its location right on the harbor of Cassis. Across the street is a little park where people play boule/petanque.

The rooms are modern though a little quirky, but completely fine. We had a nice balcony. And the staff are friendly and helpful, even if I wouldn't always follow their recommendations (see Chez Gilbert review).
Would definitely stay here again.

I must say straight that we were here in early winter and would imagine it to be very busy during the summer, so having said that this was a great little spot with very friendly staff who speak very good English. Located in the centre of town everything is within walking distance and importantly on the same level!!! Cassis is very steep so walking to restaurant from up the hill is OK but not the other way.

Room was what we expected for the price, average size, small desk area, and very clean. Limited car parking available - again no problem outside of summer but an essential question otherwise.

Top spot and we want to go back.

Room Tip: Check if you need parking.

The location is great, the rooms are nice and clean but we had the room just on top of a disco! The floor was even vibrating and the music was so loud that we couldn't sleep. At half past midnight we had to change the room because it was impossible to stand the noice.
The second room was fine and without any sound.
It is a great hotel but it is crucial to reserve the rooms from number 108 on.

The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. We only stayed here for one night. The breakfast was tasty but nothing special. The one thing that stood out was what a central location it was and that this hotel is only a 2 minute walk to the water. I do not speak french at all but luckily my wife is nearly fluent in french which came in useful as the staff had very limited ability in English.

Nice welcome, personnel is friendly.
Rooms are clean, modern and there is enough space.
Prices are OK.
Very well situated near the port (2 minutes on foot).
No noise.
Breakfast with good products though not a lot of variety.
