“Great chalet, great hosts”
Reviewed 13 March 2017 for a stay in February 2017

Lovely chalet, really comfortable and good location. Easy to get to slopes on the bus. Only problem is the bus service isn't very often and can be very busy. Chalet hosts were really kind and helpful. The chalet was clean. Food was really tasty, and filling- just what you need when skiing. Hot tub and sauna were a great addition and perfect after a day skiing. Would recommend this chalet highly!! All round, excellent holiday!

“Fantastic chalet and great hosts!!”
Reviewed 12 March 2017 for a stay in February 2017

This is an absolutely amazing chalet, I would highly recommend booking your ski holiday here. I stayed in the February half term along with ten others. The food was brilliant as were the hosts who couldn't of done more to help!!

“Perfect chalet for families”
Reviewed 12 March 2017 for a stay in February 2017

Spent an excellent week in Mountain Chalet, Alpe d'Huez. Great comfortable space for 2 families with plenty room for teenagers and kids to have their own place to hang out as well as room for the adults to have some down time too. Jill and Richard were lovely hosts who created a friendly, relaxed atmosphere where everything was easy and chilled . Great food every night, and breakfast was a lovely experience too. All in all it was a fabulous week, would have given 5 stars if the bus had been more regular to take us up to town a bit later in the morning or in the evening....Beautiful views , hot tub a boost , best hosties ever!

“Fantastic skiing in the French Alps.”
Reviewed 21 February 2017 for a stay in April 2016

Alpe d' Huez is a great ski centre. It has good restaurants and bars and vast areas to ski over. We will comeback in summer for the cycling.

There are plenty of runs for all abilities and Ski School and equipment hire worked well. The free bus stops right outside the chalet and works well. We found lots of places to eat and drink while skiing at reasonable prices for the Alps.

The chalet is the best I've been to as it is so well set up for skiers (the owners are very experienced in the outdoor pursuits field). There is a great drying room as you step into the chalet followed by a dry and warm interior. The couple who looked after us provided good food and were helpful and friendly. We sat round one large table for meals and enjoyed the social aspects of the holiday.

There is a games room upstairs for the children. We had excellent wifi and a full Sky package. The hot tub is wonderful with views down the valley. There is a large balcony with the same wonderful views. Our room was a good size with a good bed and shower room. In short the chalet lacks nothing.

We traveled by car and found the parking adequate.

“Wonderful holiday in the snowy mountains of France.”
Reviewed 21 February 2017 for a stay in April 2016

This catered chalet is set up the mountain on the penultimate bend before reaching the Center of Alp D'Huez. The outlook as you can imagine is breathtaking and especially when sitting in the hot tub with drink in hand. The chalet has 7 bedrooms ,each with their own shower room. There is a separate games room as well as a good sized living room. The food we had was very good with a cake in the afternoon as well as a three course meal in the evenings.
There is also a sauna and a store for skis and outdoor gear. Be warned to take slippers with you as outdoor shoes are not allowed in the living quarters.
Can't extoll the chalet enough ,we really enjoyed our stay and would return tomorrow.

“Fantastic chalet with amazing views”
Reviewed 21 February 2017 for a stay in January 2017

Fantastic clean Chalet on the edge of Alpe d huez. This Chalet is one of the best we have stayed in. Huge ski and boot store, wifi, Sky Tv, Hot tub, Sauna, balcony overlooking the famous climb up the 22 S bends. Even though the snow wasn't great it was still possible to ski from the Chalet and back to the road where the Chalet is every day. Ski bus stop is very close and good. The food in the Chalet was great and so were the hosts. I will defiantly be returning.

“Wicked Chalet - Fab Resort”
Reviewed 13 October 2016 for a stay in October 2016

Had a lovely time in a lovely comfortable chalet. The facilities were fabulous, a spectacular view from the hot tub, great to rest weary legs in after a hard day enjoying the mountains.
Well kitted out, very spacious rooms, a super living room and social facilities. Nice situation on the edge of Alpe d'Huez, it was everything we expected and more. Coming back next year.
