Just back from from a four day stay in the hotel in the lovely resort of la clusaz. I cannot fault any element of my stay, perfect location, the staff were great, the rooms were good (lovely being able to have a whirlpool bath after a day on the slopes), and the food in resturant is amazing, a proper fine dining experience....my wife is a reluctant skier but as along as I bring her back here, I reckon we can go as often as I want now!

excellent standard of hotel. We used it as a ski location and is ideal situation. virtually on piste whilst in the town centre for ease of access to shops bars and Restaurants.
We ate in hotel and enjoyed a superb meal. Service was excellent with friendly and helpful staff.
Ski hire were part of hotel service.
Rooms were modern but with alpine feel.
Only down side was lack of drawers and coat hanging in rooms.
But will definitely return.

This is a beautiful high end hotel, with lovely modern chalet style decor, very comfortable beds and mainly staff who really do go the extra mile to provide a first rate service. The restaurant is exceptionally good and our waitress and sommelier were a delight. The location right next to the slopes is perfect and the hotel sorts out ski passes and ski hire, so there is minimal hassle. Only gripe is that the wifi is no improvement on last year, despite comments to have it resolved before the winter. It keeps dropping off and had some poor moments, a minor glitch but one that does need fixing.

Dear guest,
Thank you very much for your kind comment. Last november, we improve the WIFI speed by connecting the hotel the the fiber access. However, we still had the dropping off problem after 15 minutes without using it. This matter has been fixed ten days ago by extending the connection to 24 hours without reconnection by password.
Sincerely,

Herve Hochet,
General Manager.

This was my second visit.

Booked a spa treatment for two. Very warm welcome. They parked our car even though we were not actually guests at the hotel.
The massage was absolutely fabulous! She took the time to explain what she was going to do.
Very clean place. Wonderful location.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel. All the staff was very friendly and very accomodating. I never had the feeling there was anyone that did not mean it from the heart. What I found a little bit overdone is that they change the towels every day and the floor carpets in teh bathroom twice a day. Also they came in to close the shutters in the evening, which I told them the first night, I disliked. So some procédures are overdone, for my perception and could be more environmentally friendly. Apart from that the rooms are very spacious and modern, yet adapted to the local culture in the mountains with a lot of wood and big beams. The hotel is very well kept and clean - everywhere. Breakfast was with a big choise of fresh fruit and lots of other nice food.

Room tip: Room 317 was very nice and spacy.
