My recent trip to Club Med Tignes was a dream come true. From the warm welcome of the staff to the breathtaking views from my spacious room, every moment was delightful. The ski instructors were incredibly helpful, patiently guiding me through the slopes and enhancing my skills with their expertise. Their passion for skiing was evident, making each lesson not only informative but also enjoyable. I would definitely recommend for someone skiing for the first time.

The dining experience was equally impressive, with a variety of delicious options to satisfy every craving. Whether indulging in hearty comfort food or opting for something lighter, the resort's restaurants delivered mouthwatering dishes with impeccable service. Overall, my stay at Club Med Tignes was unforgettable, thanks to the friendly staff, helpful instructors, delectable food, and stunning accommodations. I can't wait to return for another exhilarating ski adventure!

A special shout out to Acir, the entertainment manager who always had time for a laugh and contributed greatly to our group's stay.

    As a first-time skiing family, we chose the trusted resort of Club Med for our holiday. Regrettably, despite the significant investment, we were deeply disappointed with Club Med's approach to customer service when issues arose.

    Let's start with the positives of the resort:

    - Excellent Location: Situated beautifully at the base of the glacier with stunning views of the ski lifts.
    - Comfortable Rooms: Our interconnecting rooms were of a decent size for European standards and were cleaned daily.
    - Fantastic Pool and Gym Facilities: We thoroughly enjoyed these amenities during our stay.
    - Outstanding Ski Staff: Though it's worth noting that these staff members might not be directly employed by Club Med.
    - Ski resort - is for intermediate and advanced skiers. This is not resort if you learning how to ski, as very few green or blue runs unless you take a bus, which is not nice if you learning.

    However, there were significant drawbacks:

    - Mismanaged Transfers: Despite providing accurate flight details, Club Med failed to ensure the correct transfer time, resulting in a last-minute scramble and a cramped journey that left our children unwell. Unfortunately, Club Med hasn't fully acknowledged their responsibility for this error or offered adequate compensation. It took us full day to eventually convince the front desk staff to help us change our transfer to reasonable time and understand that they had incorrect date on their system. Nightmare!
    - Family-Centric Entertainment: Evening entertainment heavily caters to families with young children, leaving little enjoyment for adults or teenagers.
    Subpar Staff Entertainment: Staff doubling as entertainers lacked professionalism and talent.
    - Disappointing Dining Experience: The buffet offered tasteless food, and securing a table each evening was a challenge due to apparent reservations by other guests. The à la carte restaurant, while bookable, provided average-to-poor food unsuitable for young adults or children.
    - Lack of Accountability: Club Med's response to our issues highlighted a concerning inability to take responsibility and provide satisfactory resolution.

    In conclusion, we won't be booking with Club Med again due to their inadequate response to problems and lack of accountability. It's essential for travelers to research and consider customer reviews, such as those on Trustpilot, to make informed decisions when booking holidays.

    Room tip: Food was poor. Pillow were terrible and ruin your sleep. Resort is really for families with young children.

    This is my third time at Club Med and this is undoubtedly the best of the 3, I am a pretty fussy traveler and can honestly say that this hotel is one of the best ski hotels you can stay at.
    Some of the other reviews do not do this hotel justice.... Facilities that I thought were excellent were the outdoor jacuzzis and the perfect-temperature indoor pool, there was also a sauna and steam room.

    My room was a suite with access to a lounge with table service and a concierge.
    The food in the restaurant was excellent and the house wine was reasonably good. All the hotel areas and facilities were spotless and the cutlery and plates were gleaming.

    This is a true ski in/out with the lift about 30m from the boot room, the boot room was also well designed and had a self-service refreshments area with snacks.
    The hotel is huge but it's divided into separate blocks, each with a couple of lifts so no hanging around waiting.

    The staff were professional and very attentive, a real credit to the Club Med brand.

    Would I go again? Absolutely!

    Few of the problems in the hotel:

    1. The food is served cold!

    2. There is a lot of variety but the taste is not good. As if not enough attention is given to the food.

    3. Breakfast is served until 09:30 in program but actually from 09:00 there is almost no food left.
    Each and every day I had to speak to the man or woman in charge to get some food as many things were gone.
    When asked, sometimes they said - no more left, sometimes they brought some more. Never heard of such service.

    3. The staff in the restaurant are not friendly.

    A.They are shouting to each other.
    B.they are blocking part of the restaurant at 09.00 so people will not get there but when we were already sitting there, I had every time I went with my baby in a stroller to move the chairs.
    C. They are telling people to finish eating at 09:30 as place is getting closed.

    I must say the restaurant on the 5th floor is much better. Service and food were good!

    excellent place from the moment you enter till the moment you leave they will take care of you.
    the Kids GEO team and the Hebrew speaker ski teacher make the kids stay enjoyable and memorable.

    The food which was not well cooked (or too cooked or not enough) and was about the same every day.
    After we spoke with the chief of the club (Eric) the food was much better
