We stayed in a 4 bedroom apartment for 10 people on the first floor in chalet 1, the building next to the main building that contains reception and spa. On the entrance level was a small kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom and the living area with two sofa beds. Upstairs were three bedrooms, a toilet and a shower room.
Some of the plates, glasses and other equipment in the kitchen were dirty, so we had to wash some of it before using it. We cooked dinner most nights but the quality of the equipment (e.g. pans) was not good. There was a large dining table with room for all of us, but there wasn't much space around it, so it became quite cramped. The sofa beds seemed old and well used and hence uncomfortable. The radiator in the dining area worked well, and heated the living area. However the radiator in the bedroom on that same floor did not work so it was cold in that bedroom. The button for flushing the toilet was partly broken so you had to remember to push another button as well to stop the water from continue running after the container had been filled.
Upstairs were more flaws. At the toilet the light bulb was broken (we got a new one when asking at the reception). In one of the bedrooms the radiator could not be switched off so the room was constantly too warm, and in that same room the window was very high up near the ceiling and could therefore not be reached and opened. There did not seem to be any ventilation in the apartment, so we had to open the windows every morning and evening to get some fresh air. The bedrooms were very small with just enough space for beds but no other furniture. There was no space for open suitcases on the floor, so we had to unpack everything to the closet and keep the suitcases closed standing in a corner. Sheets for the beds were provided by the reception, however there were no duvets but just simple bed covers that had to be used instead of duvets.
It was just a short walk to one of the pistes that ran alongside the street. It was also possible to start skiing at the back of the building, but that was quite tricky if you are not experienced, so I found it better to walk along the street to the piste. When coming back in the afternoon there was a piste where you could turn off to a cul-de-sac that ended just behind the hotel but the end of that piste was steep and became very icy and difficult in the afternoon.
Overall this accomodation was a disappointment, I would not stay there again and not recommend it.
