Three of us were travelling to åland and I booked this place on-line. It's a family-run guest house rather than a hotel and looks as it would be perfect for groups or families. When we turned up, the place looked as if the place could do with a lick of paint, however the rooms, which are in separate buildings, were spotlessly clean, if a little spartan. As spring was very late this year, the trees were only just getting their leaves. No doubt in summer the whole setting would look nicer. Lovely breakfast with a wide choice of dishes - cheese, eggs, åland pancake, jams, porridge etc. We paid about 100 euro a night and it's difficult to say whether this was good value. I know hotels in Finland and Sweden are expensive, although in Brugge and Greece, we had some fantastic rooms for 100 euro a night.
