We have visited this restaurant in January each year for the last several. The setting is intimate and cool, all done in white with accents of tropical woods, providing a pleasant Carribean feel. The food offerings are well executed, although some of the main courses (e.g. rack of lamb) felt a bit heavy. There is an excellent wine list with a good range of lesser and more pricey bottles. As a special treat, a local dog had wandered into the dining room, and visited most of the tables in a friendly way.

We've been going here once every other year or so for about 10 years and just had yet another great experience, Fantastic setting. Immaculate service. Great food. I just read where the hotel will soon be managed by some German company, whereas it has previously been family owned and managed; I hope they don't screw it up. Nice boutique at the back of the restaurant that adds to the ambience by having drop-dead gorgeous models wandering through the restaurant, modeling items that are tough not to buy after the second bottle of Rosé. An overall, highly recommended experience. The hotel also looks nice for a romantic getaway.

We had lunch for 2 times at Case de I'Isle. Try the salads, mainly that with crabs and quinoa. Lobster also is a excellent choise. The ambiance is very pleasant and we could enjoy either our meal and the delightful view.

We ate lunch twice at Case de I'Isle. The food was very good, but I cannot remember what we ate. The food was only part of the appeal.

Let me explain. We spent the day on a lounger and enjoyed Flamands. Our objective was to have a comfy beach club experience and IDF fits the bill better than any on St. Barts.

The massage before lunch was excellent.

The service is very good. The only complaint--I wish the servers would come to your lounger to take drink orders and deliver them to you. LIfe is tough.
