On a Sunday, we dropped by for lunch. There were at least 150 other people there for various family parties in various parts of the buildings. Nevertheless, the kitchen performed well and we had to wait a little longer than normal but the quality of the local specialities did not suffer. Many things on the menu from their own production, an educational garden/playground/courtyard enabling parents and children to learn more about sustainable farming. When you are an amateur of traditional (slow) food this place scores quite high.
