My wife, her brother and his wife were enjoying a week near Annecy and made a late decision to eat one night in this restaurant in Promery near Pringy. Through a fairly modern little French village this is an unexpected gem in the middle of the village.
At 7pm we ate alone, by 8pm the place was packed out, including a huge group that appeared to be from a business / company.
The service was very attentive and the food simply outstanding. Our choices included l'escargot for starters, guinea fowl, a cheese course, and mouth-watering deserts.
The wine was very good and the whole price quite reasonable, around 100 euros per couple.
A great find - book it!
