Small hotel just outside Neuss and Düsseldorf. Sparsly decorated rooms, not too many services. Rooms are comfortable, breakfast is great, lounge area is ok and when the weather is nice, you can sit outside and enjoy a drink. It is not really a location for Tourist as public transport is quite a walk, but for a Business trip to Neuss or Düsseldorf it is sufficient. The hotel has a nice atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff.

We had a family room which in fact in this hotel was two connecting rooms. Hotel was really nice and clean, nothint to complain. Maybe only additional thing that would be good is air conditioning. But during our stay it was not that hot that it would have been any problem for us. Breakfast that was included in the price was good. Not as plentyful as in some upper class hotels, but there was variety of selection available and I am sure everyone should find enough.
Location is not optimal, but we were on our own car so it was not any problem to us. Also it is within walking distance in Neuss center and to tram stop from where you easily get to Dusseldorf.

Stayed in a couple of hotels in the Neuss area, and so far this is the best.

I really like the free wifi, usually this is now chargeable. I was on the 4th floor and the signal was fine for me to work.
Breakfast was very good, (also included in the price, also a luxury in Neuss). Coffee machine, with good cappuchinos, juices, cold meats, cheeses, yoghurt, boiled eggs, bagels, rolls, croissants, fresh fruit salad. All fresh and tasty.
The room was very bright as is all the hotel, funky and colorful. Flat screen tv loaded with a lot of channels. BBC and CNN news only english channels. Storage was only really a few hangers in teh closet, no drawers etc, but I'm tidy so didn't matter.
Staff were friendly, got a Guten Morgan every morning. I had a pretty crazy work night/day and woke at midnight one night, and needed food. The guy on reception very kindly fixed me a huge bowl of Ravioli. So happy with that. As Neuss is a ghost town at that hour.
Only grumble I have is the bed becomes a bit hard after a while, but then again I was there 10 nights.

Already booked in there again for my next trip in March.

I stayed here for just one night but enjoyed my visit.

The hotel is located in a quiet business neighbourhood away from any hustle and bustle. I'd suggest you stay there only if you have access to a car because there's limited activity in the area. Dusseldorf town centre is 10 minutes away by car. If you're using public transport then there is a reliable bus link just around the corner or if you walk well you can stroll to the nearest tram link which is about a mile away.

The staff where very helpful and I heard English, German, French and Italian being spoken by desk staff.

The rooms are just as bright. Small but functional and very clean. They do have a problem with the window blinds which barely cover the window and allow lots of light in plus the privacy concerns. It's minor but worthy of a mention.

The bed was very comfortable. The show room supplied with endless hot water at a good pressure.

The TV offered local TV and international broadcast in English. I did check for movies etc. This is more of a place to close your eyes and sleep and to this end the hotel is very good.

The breakfast was excellent and despite the decor we found ourselves to be very comfortable and satisfied with the quality of the food. Its cold cuts of hams, cheese, yoghurts, cereals, rolls, toast and fruit. Very fresh and very good.

In summary its clean, quiet, minimalist, modern and functional.

Room tip: All the rooms are the same bar the decor.
