Ordered the Kalbsteak. Took a risk because I've been disappointed with beef products in Friedrichshafen. Risk well taken. The chantrelle sauce is a the heavenly bond that ties the veal and spaetzle together. Made from wine and cream the sauce was cleaned off the plate with the unlimited spaetzle. The veal while cooked well done was very good certainly benefited from the sauce. I really should have asked for more sauce drizzled over a bowl of their well executed spaetzle. Try not to miss the house dressing on one of their salads.
Note that the restaurant parades their fish dishes. It may well be their signature.
Staff is attentive. They do try their best to make sure you dinner experience goes well.
