As you enter the Marienplatz you will see the rear of St. Georg. It's baroque style is plain and underwhelming, but worth exploring. The bell tower is the most stylish part of the church.
The inside has been nicely redone in a white contemporary style that kept to its design with some sculptures, statues, and portraits from times past.
It is worth walking inside to view how the church has been redesigned to fit this modern world.
