This is a very large hotel. Expect lots of people, everything professional, but on large scale. Location quite nice, close to the skiing area. Quite large, rooms, but small bathroom. Equipped with basic furniture, but quite comfortable beds. Sometimes it feels that there are too few elevators. Don't expect special flair, rather functional and rational service.
Disco/bar inside the hotel, reminds me on a budget Mallorca trip. Same valid for the run-down bowling alley.

Room Tip: higher floor rooms offer nicer view!

Positive:
- friendly staff
- very clean
- kids playing area
- free parking
Negative:
- hotel is dated, and could use a major refurbishment
- internet is not free. High speed internet costs 8 Euros per hour(!!). There is a free slow speed internet (max. 128kbs/sec) in the hotel lobby. But it is very slow. This slow speed internet is not from this time!
- bathrooms are very small
- there are only 3 elevators, which is not enough when the hotel is full.
- food is average. We had a gala diner and a french buffet. Both were not too different from eachother. The dining room is huge a looks like a big canteen. Tables are so close to eachother that there is no privacy and any conversation can be overheard by the neighbours.

Conclusion: very average, considering the high price (200 Euros per night).

Main thing I like about hotel is the staff. They are very nice and helpful and make the stay much nicer. It's a huge place with lots of rooms. The elevators are very cool once you work out the one nearest your room but its a cool layout. The rooms are nice but maybe would benefit from a refresh but are very clean. The hotel is in the middle of no where but that is nice in a way. Great place for winter sports. Would be happy to stay here again.

Stayed here for a company do. It is a bit of people machine. Rooms are large but bleak. And then the bathroom is tiny. The balance of the space is wrong. The tv is very old. Not good enough for a 4* hotel. Food is not good.

Although in the middle of rural Germany, this hotel has all the ammenities and modernities that you can ask for, even a tanning booth!!!!:) The rooms are sapcious and well iluminated, the elevator is touch digital but, big contrast :( the rooms have a metal traditional key... no card or anything like that:( Anyaway, the food in the two restaurants that I visited is great, German traditional food (they have the same menu in both places) is plenty and as in other Geman places drinks are scarce?? (I don't understand the reason). As an american we are accustomed to free unlimited refills, not here my friends! You can have free internet bouchers of 30 minutes at the lobby and you can use them in the lobby area, but if you want interent in your room you have to pay for it. They have bilingual friendly staff, and the Saunas (2 ) are fantastic, pools are wonderful and parking is not a problem! They even have a movie theatre in the top story, no time to get bored!!!
