I can't say anything about the facilities of the hotel. I planned to stay at the hotel in August 2013 but had to cancel the booking. The hotel for some reasons was not able to withdraw the cancellation fee from my credit card. The card was OK, so I inform the hotel that the problem is on their side. But they bombed me with tons of "please pay immediately" like messages as if I was refusing it. Finally I had to check myself (!!!) with my bank what is wrong. The problem was incorrect transaction data sent from the hotel. On August 28 they finally corrected it, and the fee was successfully paid. But they did't even apologize or thank me for the payment and for assistance in solving their own technical problems.
Moreover, today (September 10) I again received the messsage asking to pay.
I would never stay at the hotel which:
1) Treat me as fraudster
2) Not able to process credit cards
3) Not able to track their financial records
