A group of 12 of us used this hotel as a base for a skiing weekend at Crans-Montana. The rooms were a good size and clean, with good hot showers.

Breakfasts were good: standard continental with an excellent range of different breads and good coffee. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, and mostly seem happy to switch between (at least) French, German and English. There is an honesty bar fridge as well as a bar area, with table service (we made excellent use of this). They are even beginning to brew their own beer!

I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.
