“New Miedzor”
Reviewed 5 January 2014

Excellent adress for lunch or dinner, had a great time with a big group of friends (15pers) for dinner. We had a very good menu with an entree of salad and quiche followed by a choice of steak and vegetables or fish and vegetables with sides of roestie and fries. Topping it all off with a plate of assorted deserts! Every one was very satisfied with the speed, the service and the excellent value for money. Thanks to Mike & his crew we had a great evening!

“Poor quality”
Reviewed 3 January 2013 via mobile

A disappointing evening. From the quality of the food I can tell why the restaurant was empty. The choice of food was not great and not very tasty. I had the sea bass en croute I had assumed en croute would be more than the occasional flake of potato. The service was ok, but should be when there are only two tables to serve. Towards the end of our meal someone on the other table started smoking. I thought that had been banned - obviously not in this restaurant.

“Disappointing”
Reviewed 2 January 2013

It is difficult to reconcile this restaurant with the glowing reviews. The decor is tired and old fashioned and although we visited in the height of the season when almost all other restaurants in the area were fully booked, only three tables were occupied. The muzak did not add to the gloomy atmosphere. The food is very hit and miss: one pasta dish (with truflles)was excellent, another was dry and disappointing. A large salad consisted mainly of leaves and very little dressing. The fish main courses were adequate but not exciting. Maybe the place is better in daylight when there's a view of the golf course, but it really needs to improve overall if it hopes to compete with local competition (e.g. The Desalpes; Memphis Bar).

“quitness and golf view”
Reviewed 2 September 2012

Savour an exquisite meal with a superb view on the golf court at the Miedzor.
Maybe a little expensive but the different dishes were well presented and delicious, from the salad to the main course. The portions are not huge but better quality than quantity.
In the summer choose a beautiful day and go outside to the terrace, it's like to eat in a wonderful garden.
