“Spoilt the mountain”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 17 June 2014

Found Madrisa land quite tacky and dated and luckily closed. Enjoyed the view from mountain, quite a few walks for good weather.

“T bar lifts only.”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 23 February 2014 via mobile

Unless you're planning to leave your little skiers on the bouncy castle all day don't bother to ski here.

The only way up is via T bar lifts which are long and steep - certainly no use for teeny skiers.

Impossible parking and high prices for lift passes make this a totally missable ski area.

“stay at the Baumhuette with your kids”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 5 July 2013

Great entertainment value for families!
Book one of the "Baumhuetten" that sleeps 2, 4 or 6 people:
The arrangement includes a 2-day card that allows you to use ANY bus, train, cable car or Gondola in the whole Davos/Klosters area for free. Madrisa Land is situated at around 1900 meters above see and offers a very large variety of entertainments for kids aged 2-16. Our children enjoyed the water games and the large slides most and wanted to stay for a week.
We had a great all-you-can-eat dinner with cheese, sausages and meat grilled at our own table in a small mountain restaurant about a 45 minutes walk up from Madrisa Land. The Baumhuette itself is simple but gives you a nice alpine feeling. WC and showers are 50 meters away but flash lights are available in the room. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Do not forget to bring lots of extra clothes, socks and shoes for the kids as they will get very dirty and wet from playing. Madrisa is also an ideal base for longer hikes, runs or mountain bike tours. Personally, we enjoy being there in summer almost more than winter.

“Bad value for money”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 15 April 2013

Just not enough to do for the children to justify the costs of the mountain lifts and the entrance to Madrisa Land. The restaurant at Saaser Alp is good however.

“Great way to spend the day”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 14 April 2013

We visited twice in three days. The first day was just after a day of rain this meant that some of the water games were not working , but a nice place to visit. The second time was after two day of sunshine. It was great plenty to do do. Lot's of it educational without my son knowing he was learning things. He had a great time with the mini dams and other water features. Lots of climbing and slides to keep most active children happy for the day. There are some lovely seats for Mum's and Dad's to sit on and watch the kids. Our son did the Fox flyer at an extra cost , but a great introduction to zip lines. It has fantastic views across the mountains.Well worth a visit if you have kids .
